Reservei o hotel pelo booking e quando cheguei ao hotel para fazer o check in uma funcionária do hotel tinha a porta de entrada do hotel fechada nem sequer me deixou entrar no hotel para me explicar e só me disse através do vidro que o hotel estava completa . Uma funcionária extremamente muito mal educada porque eu no lugar dela teria aberto a porta do hotel mesmo que o hotel tivesse completo visto que eu tinha uma reserva para aquele dia ela teria me dado uma explicação . Sendo que a localização é extremamente bizarre.

Pros:

The rooms and beds are supper and the bathroom is large and lastly they have one electric charger for guests which easily gave our car a 100% charge overnight

Cons:

On the booking platform it is mentioned that the check-in is up to 00:00 yet they told us that it was 10PM. Also it is mentioned that the price included breakfast but it wasn't according to the staff we had to pay 10 Euros for each person except for the kids

Goede hotel voor een goede prijs met een lekker restaurant

Heel vriendelijk personee;.
Restaurant met een echte kook die kon goed koken

Cons:

Er was geen afstandbediening voor de airco. Ik was te moe om het te gaan vragen bij de receptie.

Vrachtwagen veblijben bij een parkin g achter het hotel en laten hun airco de hele nacht door en dat geeft lawaai.

booking.com vous êtes les arnaquers, car arrivé à l’hotel, ils nous ont annoncé qu’il n’y a pas des reservations ni des places depuis 1 mois et booking continuer à envoyer les grns, j’ai passé toute une nuit entrain de chercher un autre hotel heureusement ibis savent arranger les gens, sinon j’aurai passer la nuit dans ma voiture avec mes enfants. Jamais reserver avec booking. com

Remet la faute du surboocking sur booking.com alors que c’est lui. Nous étions trois à avoir réservé sans avoir notre chambre. Moi par booking et les autres par téléphone et même chose … pas de chambre dispo à l’arrivée. Il a également refusé de faire l’annulation à ses torts sur booking en disant que je devais me débrouiller avec eux … et les clients suivants qui étaient motards ont eu la même expérience … une honte pour l hôtellerie à éviter absolument.
