Location was good , pool area was nice & had a smart tv
The beds were very hard, the rooms are compact and not spacious at all. Our room had another room connected so could hear the people next cough & talk. We were talking one evening & someone was knocking to tell us be quiet. Not a comfortable room at all to be honest so we didnt like spending time there
The breakfast and dinner buffet were good, and we also appreciated the hotel’s location, which worked well for our plans in Santa Ponsa. The pool area was also quite nice
Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Most of the staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. One of us became quite unwell due to poor air quality and an unpleasant smell in the room, so we would not recommend this hotel for anyone sensitive to air conditions. When we tried to ask for a room change or assistance, we did not feel supported, and some staff members spoke about us in Spanish in front of us, assuming we wouldn’t understand. In addition, the ventilation failed two nights in a row in one of the rooms, and we woke up both nights feeling very stuffy and with headaches due to poor airflow.

La posizione ottima, fantastica la colazione, molto belli gli spazi comuni e l'area piscina. Staff delle pulizie molto gentile. Letti molto ampi e comodi. Bella la vista dalla camera anche se non era fronte mare. Buona la pulizia.
Ospiti spesso molto molto rumorosi, durante la notte, tanto da non riuscire a dormire, camera piccolissima con spazio davanti al letto cosi esiguo da rendere difficile passare, bagno con un odore orrendo di fogna, camera con porta interna su altra stanza che lasciava passare tutti i rumori possibili (bagno, tv, telefono e voce) come se gli altri ospiti fossero nella mia stanza.

The hotel is clean and seemingly has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
No issues with cleanliness and the cleaners are super friendly. Equally the food was very tasty - breakfast and the buffet we tried one day - very nice and good variety of foods. Drinks were expensive though - 25 euros for 2 Aperol Spritz!
Small annoyances soon added up to not a frustrating stay:
The staff at reception look like they are doing you a favour - not approachable or friendly at all, which sets a bad vibe and atmosphere to the hotel from the beginning.
The A/c was not working in our room (and we were told its because it was not the season (may) and the heating was still on). Despite switching it off completely as advised by reception and having the balcony door open, it was still too stuffy or then too noisy to sleep - not 1 out of 4 of the nights we stayed, did we sleep well - horrendous!
The bath is slippery and dangerous.
The soaps are not dispensed easily - far too hard to squeeze and when you do manage then too much comes out - what a waste .
Despite stating on the mirror that other toiletries are available at reception, when I asked for earbuds or a sewing kit, the answer was NO at reception.
Also our room card stopped working at 10:45 when check out is 11:00, which caused an issue when we couldn't get back into the room to collect our luggage when we were in a hurry for our taxi.
