Pros:

Le confort et l’emplacement. Le proximité du parking.

Cons:

Honnêtement je suis hyper déçu de cet hôtel pour le prix. Oui les zones des chambres est plutôt en phase avec le prix. Le confort aussi (c’est le minimum) mais le lobby ressemble plus à une auberge de jeunesse avec de la musique de radio de base malgré l’accueil très sympathique.
Les équipements des chambres ne reflètent pas du tout le prix payé. Mug IKEA, à peine de quoi se faire une tisane à 2 (une seule camomille. Un seul thé earl grey). Idem pour le café. 1 deca, 1 normal, et 1 fort. Les 2 petites bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo pourraient être celles qu’on propose au Camping.
Éclairage d’aéroport dans la salle de bain, et si vous êtes 2, la 2eme personne se cogne sur une suspension. Angles de meubles usés. Amenity kit très basique. Je ne reviendrai pas

Breakfast inclusive hotel package includes coffee, but not, as we were informed first thing, americano, cappuccino, or a flat white. Those are chargeable extra. I couldn't believe it.

Perfect location for a Vancouver stay
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Great location that we could walk to restaurants and the ferries. We liked being in a quieter area too.

Comfortable rooms in a modern and well appointed hotel in a buzzy area of North Vancouver.
Pros:

The Seaside Hotel is positioned in the heart of The Shipyards in North Vancouver, an area with an industrial chic vibe with a good range of bars and restaurants; it is convenient for the fast ferry terminal to central Vancouver and the bus terminus. The hotel is modern and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. Some rooms have views over the harbour. We liked the locality, the atmosphere and the room quality.

Cons:

The bar is small and was not open on the arrival day. We did not use the hotel restaurant as there are other local choices that suited us.
