Tiny room with no where to put your stuff in the bathroom. One hook to hang one towel.
Pros:

Staff was attentive and tried to be helpful. I'm not the type of person to complain. But WTF.?

Cons:

No hot water upon arrival. Heating/AC did not work. Could not move us to another room as the wifi was not working in the only room unoccupied. Everything was eventually fixed.

Good stay, clean hotel and great location
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable and shower was also nice. We had water, coffee and some hotel amenities. We also had cleaning service everyday. The only minus is that sometimes there was unpleasant smell from I think bathroom pipes, so we needed to open the windows. Fortunately it wasn't very often though. The location of the hotel is great and it is close to everywhere.

Boa hospedagem com boa localização
Pros:

A localização é boa, estando perto da cabeça rotatória do Kafka. Há opções de mercado e restaurante na galeria ao lado. Além disso, conseguimos fazer boa parte dos passeios pela cidade a pé. O atendimento da recepção foi muito agradável e atencioso. O quarto é bastante espaçoso. O café da manhã é bom.

Pros:

Pěkný hotel téměř v centru Prahy, přesto tichý. Velký a prostorný pokoj. Hodně dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Nefungovalo topení. Ráno jsem informoval recepci. Věřím, že kdybych to řekl již večer, tak zařídí výměnu.

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

The hotel was an exceptionally good experience in every respect: the staff were friendly and competent, the breakfast was super good, the location was extremely convenient for shopping, restaurants, or public transport, and the room was amazing. I can't recommend this location enough.

Cons:

There are a couple of bars nearby (notable a dutch bar and an irish pub) and occasionally there were very loud and drunken people who'd come by and yell well into the night. It's minor and nothing the hotel can actually do anything about, but just so you know.

Vi var veldig godt fornøyde med hotelloppholdet!
Pros:

God og delikat frokost. Registrerte at det ble tatt temperaturmålinger av buffeten. Det var betryggende. Likte godt at hotellet var lite. Ok oppholdsrom.

Cons:

Stolene i oppholdsrommet bråkte noe forferdelig når de ble flyttet på. Dette kan enkelt ordnes med filtknotter under stolbeina.
