El servicio muy malo y Nose porque dicen que tienen piscina si no se puede utilizar en el día porque al lado tiene un salón de eventos el cual mantiene ocupado y restringen el acceso a la piscina deben mejorar y aislar el salón de eventos de la piscina para los huéspedes uno paga un alto costo en sus instalaciones

Los vecinos, frente al.hotek esta un aserradero que hace mucho ruido desde muy temprano
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el.desayuno no tenía muchas opciones para elegir a pesar de ser buffet

El personal , incluyendo el gerente, nos atendió muy bien . Las habitaciones son muy funcionales y limpias. Había agua caliente , lo que no es tan común en tierra caliente... El desayuno es muy completo y abundante. Una excelente experiencia . Recomiendo mucho el lugar !

Piscina estaba sucia
Las instalaciones son excelentes. Me alojé en una suite y fue muy cómoda la habitación y la limpieza impecable. La comida del restaurante es exquisita y a muy buen precio.
El wifi nunca funcionó. Le mencioné varias veces a recepción, pero el problema nunca fue solucionado.

No tenían servicio de piscina y por eso decidí quedarme allí
La atención desde el momento de llegada hasta salir... llegué tarde al hotel en las noche y siempre la atención fue la misma... mucha amabilidad... al igual para guardar el vehículo
De pronto el servicio de restaurante el primer día, pero se entiende por que era festivo y se puede mejorar el aire acondicionado...
