We loved our stay!
Pros:

Our four-night stay was exceptional in every way. The staff was kind, gracious, and conscientious. Our room was lovely. It was tastefully decorated, clean, and quiet. It opened out to the gorgeous pool area. Daily housekeeping added to the comfortable stay. A wonderful breakfast was prepared poolside daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

La ubicación, es muy céntrico, cerca de varios restaurantes y bares buenos, hay algunos lugares bonitos para visitar sin necesidad de ir en automóvil, la playa está cerca también

Me gustó mucho el hotel, las habitación siempre se mantenía limpia. Al igual siempre fueron demasiado amable, fue mi primera vez en Loreto así que si fue agradable este hotel, me volvería a quedar aquí claro que si. El desayuno también deli, aparte son súper amables, todos los que trabajan allí si lo recomiendo. Te genera ese lugar para ir y perderte, relajarte un poco

Lo que no me gustó fue que nuestro refrigerador no servía no enfriaba mucho 😭

Lovely hotel, in a beautiful setting. We will definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel staff was lovely, as were the rooms and grounds. We especially enjoyed talking with the charming woman who prepared our breakfast. ♥️ The hotel entrance is tucked in beside a restaurant, and is a little hard to find, but is well worth the search.

Cons:

A very loud group congregated around the pool around 9pm. Thankfully they went to their rooms eventually. We have stayed at the hotel before and it is typically very quiet.

Just perfect - so happy with our choice!
Pros:

The property was central in the old town right next to a wonderful bar with pleasing live music

Not loud and overwhelming

Alejandro at the desk was very kind
And accommodating. We made a mistake on one of our bookings and he straightened it out without any problems.

Breakfast was wonderful!

There’s a small pool in the center that was just right for cooling off and lazing about.

Everything was very tasteful and refined.

If I had to guess I would say that they give the worst rooms to people who booked with Booking.com. I’m not really sure

The maids were also the breakfast staff and they were wonderful.

Cons:

Pool was freezing and we offered to skim it. Limited lounges. The room they gave us the first night was fine. Inside a locked off court yard, very secure. Then they moved us to the only room not in the courtyard. No security between the room door and the hectic noisy town square and adjoining brewery. Did not get much sleep. When we first got into the room the toilet seat was barely on and held by only one bolt. The man at reception came in and changed it out. Then in the morning the water in the shower was cold. We wondered if it was just because the faucet was mismarked, but all I could get from the faucet was cold. Later the reception came in to check and said if we had let the faucet marked as cold run long enough it would have gotten hot!!!! Safe was broken. Do not even consider their “standard” room.
