Very Nice, comfortable and convenient location
Pros:

nice remodeled hotel, clean rooms, great bed, refrigerator and shower. Nice lobby with large bar and breakfast area (although I did not eat/drink there). excellent location- right off I-70 and 9 to get around. Less than 5 minute walk to Outter Range, Whole Foods and everything in the Safeway shopping center. Easy parking. close to all of downtown Frisco and easy drive to Breck, Copper, Vail...

Great location and excellent accommodation!
Pros:

Location was excellent for our overnight accommodation when traveling. Just off I 70. Room was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Frances ‘Ces’ checked us in and went out of her way to be helpful for our needs. Our room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Had a slight problem with hair dryer, otherwise it was exceptional.

We probably would return depending on the price as the area right now is depressed with the drought!
Pros:

The girl who checked us in on Friday, April 24 was NOT friendly nor informative. She acted like she could care less whether we were checking in or not. Offered NO information about amenities, breakfast hours, etc. Too bad as your front staff is important.
Sorry this is what we didn't like.

Cons:

The staff we really liked was Sheila at the bar. So friendly and informative! The drinks were good and we enjoyed food from the menu. Chef did well! Too bad you don't offer a free breakfast with a room. We are Hilton Honors members for many of their hotels who offer a nice breakfast. We did enjoy a complimentary Starbucks coffee.
Toilets for older folks are awful. I think you want to improve my squats!! Pillows are great. I obviously turned these 2 categories around. :)

Great location and great price!
Pros:

Great location, within half an hour to Vail, Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone and Loveland

Cons:

It’s a standard corporate chain vibe. Nothing stood out but also nothing was amiss. It’s exactly what I expect from a Marriott

Pros:

Staff was great

Cons:

Our air didn’t work so the room was very stuffy and hot. They did fix it which was great, but I was frustrated that they didn’t give us any kind of compensation for the first night of our vacation where we were in a hot box with no ability to open a window. It was frustrating. They should have comped a dinner or a small refund or something.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Super clean and spacious feeling.

Cons:

The kitchen had an inexperienced chef. We were told not to order food in the evening because the chef could not keep up.

Nice facility that is clean, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

A newer property, everything seemed to be in great condition. Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. Location is exceptional—close to I-70.

Cons:

Staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. For example, they didn’t explain the option to purchase breakfast or the fact that there is a microwave on each floor. They also didn’t explain the “master” light switch in the room.

We knew the pros / cons of being right next to the highway. Still, the view of the highway from the hotel windows was not the best feature of the hotel.
