- they waived the early check-in payment coz it was my sister's bday. Our check-in was amazingly handled by Liv :)
-There was a welcome drink :)- pls offer lemon water next time as an option.
- proximity to Yapak beach,Puka Beach and Cujo's Keyhole
- has the best view for a serene and majestic sunrise and open sea view.
- the area is far and away from noisy crowd which is very perfect for sound reflection and peace of mind.

- safety and security of the whole area - we see security personnels roving early mornings and late evenings
- that there are free activities part of the accommodation booking
- free to book for the usage of hotel vehicle for pick-up and drop off - which some hotels don't have
- there are activities to choose from within the area
- the buffet breakfast was fantastic and has value for money. Menu for the day is a mix of Asian and Western cuisine :)
- ALL the staff ( from security, Front Office, Housekeeping and Resto/Cafe are all fabulously professional and not overly friendly. There was a staff from Concierge (Zeke) who went ahead and find a way to pick us up for 7:30pm schedule from D'Mall when Front Office said that the van is fully booked till 10:30pm. That was a very accommodating solution by an exceptional staff just to help us use that free booking that wr never get to use since we stayed. Thanks to Zeke that we were able to save 800php for the back and forth ride to D'Mall
- it was great that you have a small fridge in the room perfect for drinks, desserts and pasalubong that requires cold temp
It's not what we didn't like, it's more of what Belmont Hotel can improve so that we can go back on our next visit and or worthy to be recommended to our friends specially to our foreigner friends who plans to travel to Boracay.
The following points should be improved for guest experience and value for money for room 3306 (and the rest of the hotel rooms:
1. The room smelled like a dead/dried flower when we entered the room. We learned that they used a Sampaguita scent airfreshner. Please use lemon, apple or bamboo/ginger scent so that the room smelled like a spa or a luxurious room.
2. Our hotel room floor was so wet and very damp on both bed sides. We even haven't opened the balcony door and it was slippery that I (Debbie) almost slipped with my hotel slippers several times. When we called the housekeeping he assumed that we left the sliding door opened when wr havent opened it coz we just checked-in. I have to be the one to find a solution by putting bathroom towels in areas where the damp comes out profusely. I also adjusted the AC to 22 C coz the room was so cold at 19C
3. We checked the amenities like the hair blower, the emergency flashlight, the balcony lights are not well maintained - seems like this room didn't go through proper room check.
A. hair blower - it doesn't blow properly to dry hair :(
B. flashlight wasn't working - we have to call
housekeeping to change batteries in case of
emergency
C. on our 2nd day we only figured out that the balcony light is not working. That was the only time that we are about to have dinner at the balcony. It was a bit disappointing and we ended up just adjusting the curtain from the room to shed a light to the balcony...not a very luxurious feeling. We just didnt complained to the front desk coz wr have enough of request for the day and we came from a long trip...it was a long day for us.

As far as Im concern it was value for money. I'm very pleased with the hotel.
Staff were very friendly -mostly managed to get transport when needed -easy to get tuk tuks back if not
view from balcony was of the building site opposite and was very dirty -no attempt had been made to clean it
aircon worked but was so cold and despite several requests for assistance this was never sorted so room felt damp and cold all the time which seemed to be an issue in the block we were in

Personal sehr bemüht, Lage ist gut wenn ma es eher abgelegen mag.
Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört fast alles vom Nachbarzimmer oder dem Gang.
Beim check out fragten wir ob wir den Pool noch nutzen können bis wir abgeholt werden, war zuerst nicht möglich, nach 3x Nachfragen und Verwunderung warum das nicht möglich sein soll, war es dann plötzlich doch möglich.
The location is away from the craziness of station 1. It also has its own private beach.
We were under the impression that we can use the pool at Savoy but we were told we cannot use the small pool at Savoy.

Stated 8 nights, dined in El Fresco area 4pople and the one we were only having drinks there had to pay corkage for teenagers who sat with us eating take away from 7-11 store
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival, there was quite a crowd waiting for check-in time, but the hotel staff handled everything exceptionally well. They thoughtfully provided refreshments to all guests while we waited, which immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
Since we were a large group, we truly appreciated how the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They did their best to prepare rooms as early as possible, and we were pleasantly surprised to be able to access one of our rooms ahead of the official check-in time. It gave us a chance to rest and settle in comfortably after our travels.
The biggest highlight came when we received the rest of our room keys, we were delighted to find thoughtful touches like cakes prepared for our anniversary and birthdays. It was such a warm and personal gesture that made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, everything about our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made all the difference, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for experience.
