Pros:

Location was convenient for plenty of shopping and dining. Front Desk and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The proximity to highway. Friendly workers. Breakfast lady was on top of everything. The room had all the essentials to not go asking front desk. Like iron and board,hair dryer,full body mirror.

Dirty room after giving them a second chance

The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and professional.

Cons:

This was my second time staying there. First time I had several issues and even had to switch rooms. I thought it was a one off thing so gave them another chance. This time when I walked into the room I immediately noticed there were stains on the bedding, the room had a bad odor that they tried and failed to cover with Frebreze. They even left the Frebreze container in the room by the door. The AC only have worked. The bathroom was dirty. Will not give them a third chance.
