Pros:

Loved the convenience it was on the strip around everything so travel distance was good and we barely drove anywhere

Cons:

I didn’t like when I went to explain that our tub had hair in it and that it was dirty they acted as if I was a problem then the next day still the same thing the manager promised us dinner and he avoided us the rest of the stay the house keeping was terrible

Great stay for the money for a 4 night 3 gen trip!
Pros:

Great location to everything on our itinerary! Indoor and outdoor pool was great! Loved that they have a full breakfast!

Cons:

Housekeeping forgot some items on their daily checks and you had to go to the front desk for towels, etc. The pool towels should be kept by the pool instead of waiting for the front desk line to pick them up.

We try to stay here every time we stay in Destin
Pros:

Great location, close to the beach and good restaurants. The rooms have ceiling fans

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The carpets and pool were very unclean, the bathroom was old and outdated, and the breakfast was very poor quality. Overall, the hotel needs better cleaning and renovation.

Pros:

The property was close to the beach.

Cons:

The fact I stayed an extra three days in the area waiting for a call back, after calling four different times about my tablet. I left it in the room. I told them to search the sofa, and noone would. Very aggravating. I have the location and everything.

Nice facilities and good breakfast but longer walk to beach than what they advertise.
Pros:

Property was clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast each morning was wonderful.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that it was so far from the beach. It says 7 minute walk but that would be for a young person with nothing to carry. For someone older or for someone with kids packing a lot of stuff with them it would probably take 20-30 minutes to cross that major highway and make your way through all the stores and hotels on the other side.

Good nights sleep at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Good value hotel for the night, next to go cart track but that closes fairly early and this location was actually quiet , we had a good nights sleep .
Didn’t have times to use the pools but they looked nice and were clean, front desk was welcoming and checked us in painlessly and quickly .

Cons:

Condition wasn’t the best, two chairs on balcony , the seat on one was ripped almost all the way across, wasn’t safe to sit on.
I had read in reviews the breakfast was excellent but it wasn’t. Maybe average .
Incident deposit was $100 for one night, highest I’ve paid anywhere.
