Pros:

Your traffic was heavy, but it was convenient to so many different locations and restaurants. It had great curb appeal. When I asked for my towels to be traded, the ladies were very nice. The Spanish lady at breakfast, was cordial and trying to keep up with the demand.

Cons:

The property looked appealing from the outside but when I sat down in the front there was a rat that came through and was trying to get on the tree. I went inside the room and there was still urine on the toilet, I pulled back the bed cover and there was hair, and other stuff. I wiped it up before getting on it. The carpets were heavily soiled. The other thing is that I requested a quiet end of the hall and the air conditioner was very loud it buzzed. The door lock would pop out because it was broken so the door wouldn't stay sealed every time they would open the stairway door. Also, front desk can do way better. I spoke to several, and they did not want to help. Let me give you an example. My husband asked for some suggestions on pizza. She said, look in your room, there's information. Way to go the extra mile! 😐

Cons:

Upon arrival to 3 rooms we booked, everything looked great. We checked in, and after unpacking, left for dinner. After dinner. I was exhausted and laid down on our bed. I felt something wet, and pulled the top covers back to find a large wet pee stain. Front office gave us clean bedding and we changed the bed. The mattress was wet whe. Wesripped the bed. Other than providing the clean bedding, the office staff told my husband there was nothing else they could do because we booked through a 3rd party, Booking.com. I find that unacceptable. If that is the case I will no longer use Booking.com, and will never stay at this location again.

It was convenient to everything. This facility was the cleanest most friendly atmosphere I have ever stayed at. They were the best I’ve ever stayed in and the only one that had a hot breakfast not your typical continental breakfast!

Looking for a place to stay, Summerplace Inn is it.
Pros:

The front desk clerk showed great hospitality, made us feel warm and welcome. Workers and staff members were welcoming as well. Beach near by.

Perfect except no hot water in the shower
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful and very, very clean. The bed was comfy and the internet was good. The breakfast was awesome and kept well stocked.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had NO hot water in the shower! That was super inconvenient. We did not say anything, because when you are already in the shower, what are you to do? Being tired, the last thing we wanted to do was to move all our stuff to another room. If it wasn't for the cold shower water, I'd give this hotel 5 stars.

Cons:

Had a 6 day stay. Had to ask for towels a couple times. Also had to ask for toilet paper multiple times as they wouldn't replace it.
