The hotel was very clean and the staff were so nice. I loved that the hotel was close to the ocean and all kinds of things to do around the hotel.
The only thing I would change was a better variety in breakfast food and all day coffee would have been nice.

An okay location that’s close to the beach!
This hotel needs some renovation. Especially to the bathrooms. They charge for everything including a singular plastic fork. So as much as they charge for everything, the money should be spent on keeping up with the hotel. The rooms smelt like mildew and it was just muggy the entire trip in our room. This is something small but big to me, you have to put down a deposit which is fine. At checkout they told me to leave the room cards on the counter. I asked for my deposit since I gave cash. She was searching for 5 mins just to get back an almost ripped in half $100 that was not mine (I pulled out cash from my bank before arriving, so the money was fresh) and I showed her which envelope was ours and she still gave us another envelope. It’s a small incident but just being open & honest. I’m thankful I got the money back but that whole situation of it making it seem like they wanted me to forget abt it and then the $100 almost being useless because it was that damaged one fold away from ripping.

It was clean and always smelled good. The pool and hot tub was clean as well.
The lady that checked me in was very hateful and hard to understand, I rented 2 separate rooms for 5 nights as it was a family vacation, one of the rooms had water standing in the bathroom floor that had came through the vent from the 4th floo bathroom. They did clean it up and i was told that they were booked and if i didnt want that room i could go elsewherr which i thought that to be very rude and unprofessional. Of course no refund was offered either. Thankfully after they spoke to the 4th floors renters about the situation the water stopped coming down through the vent. Other then that situation it was an ok stay.
El lugar es excelente, la ubicación es la mejor de todo queda muy cerca, el personal muy atento, sobretodo la recepcionista de cabello dorado que habla Español. En fin lo recomiendo 100/100, regresaré el próximo verano!
