スタッフの気持ち良い対応が良かったです。
水道橋駅から近く、コンビニ、飲食店も多く、喫煙可能なコーヒー店も駅側にあった。カプセルホテルは初めてでしたが、ベッドスペースは思ったより快適だったし、ロッカーやシャワースペースもシンプルかつ快適で、6階のラウンジはガラス張りで開放的でした。
フロアーはエアコンが効いていていい感じでしたがベッドスペースには空調がないみたいで少し暑く感じました。女性専用ですが内カギがかけられたら嬉しいです。
It was relatively clean and the near a few train stations
The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable with a thin foam mattress. I couldn’t sleep at all. There’s also no soundproofing with the other pods and the train just outside. There’s one lift for the building which means you’ll be waiting ages to go to your locker or shower
終電を逃して、慌てて検索してヒットし空いててよかった。Booking.comのメンバー割が適用されてありがたかった。以前にも宿泊したことある場所だったので躊躇いもなく秒でポチッと予約できました。
アメニティ（別売 150円）があることをわかるところに書いてほしい。なぜなら、その前にコンビニで買う必要がなかったので。

連泊したが、清掃時間をホールで過ごせたのが助かった。
シャワーの調整ハンドルが動かしにくかった。
カバンの中を整理する場所がなく困った。
施設利用についての説明書があると良いと思った（様々な年齢層の方が利用されていた。最初は共同の場で、どうだったかしら…?と話しながら利用していたので。）
カードをかざしても反応し難くて時間を要した。
行く場所が近かったので良かったです、
台風が来ていて雨だったのに館内が寒すぎてシャワーを浴びても寒かったです。
いろんな所に二日間そのままのゴミがあり清掃は行き届いてないと思いました。ダストボックスもいっぱいでしたし。
