Pros:

The room was very clean, we booked the half board stay, the dinners were outstanding along with a great breakfast variety. The staff were extremely friendly and we will happily book here again.

Pros:

Friendly family staff, helpful ideas for walks, nothing too much trouble. Free bus pass made getting around really easy & able to leave car at hotel. Exceptional service in dining room. Exceptional breakfast choices. Plenty of choice for evening meal. Lovely view from our room & balcony over the town to the mountains.

Cons:

It’s uphill from the bus stop & quite a slog after a long walk in the heatwave!! But worth it.

A great location and a luxury stay for us with the spa access and meals included whic were impressive

Wonderful experience with the host and the stay!
Pros:

Hosts (3 brothers and a sister) were so nice and gave us a lot of tips and information about exploring the area. Location is excellent - bus stops just few steps away and close to Col Raiser which takes you to Seceda. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and with great view of Sassolungo and Val Gardena. I will definitely come back here! Highly recommended.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, ein Buffet mit vielen Angeboten an Speisen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Abendessen mit einer großen Auswahl (es wurden auch viele Alternativen zu den einzelnen Gängen angeboten). Gute Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze, Ladestation für E Auto.

Charmantes Hotel mit perfekter Pistenlage, herzlichem Service und großartiger Küche
Pros:

Charmantes kleineres Hotel, super Lage an der Piste (Col Reiser); toll renoviert und trotzdem spürt man den Charme vergangener Jahre. Sundowner nach dem Skifahren und Aperitif an der Bar. Tolles Essen. Abwechslungsreiches Salatbuffet und Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Extrem freundliche Bedienung. Schöner Wellnessbereich, nette Atmosphäre, nie überfüllt. Chef hat uns morgens spontan selbst zum Skilift (Saslong) gefahren!

Cons:

Unser schönes Doppelzimmer war fast perfekt - nur auf einer Bergseite war kein Nachttisch und auch kein Licht

Absolutely fantastic staff, clean and beautiful throughout and not far from the ski slopes.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, very kind and hospitable and were always attentive to our needs. We would definitely go back and are looking to book for next year.

Cons:

Please put more vegetarian options on the menu.
