Pros:

Posizione strategica per prendere i treni e godersi pure la città, colazione in terrazza ottima in self service, piscina sul tetto non grandissima ma il servizio dei lettini e i teli mare sono una chicca, per rigenerarsi dopo la visita della città.

Cons:

Solamente la posizione in una zona della città non molto elegante.

Alles sehr sauber, große Räume, exzellente Klimaanlagen, qualitativ hochwertig anmutende Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück mit schönem Ambiente (auf der Dachterrasse), schöner Rooftop-Pool mit Bar, die Rezeption kümmerte sich umgehend und freundlich um kleinere Anliegen, die zentrale und verkehrsgünstige Lage des Hotels eignet sich hervorragend für einen Städtetrip

Cons:

Die Armaturen der Dusche neben dem Pool sollten erneuert werden.

Great Hotel not complimented by the area.
Pros:

A very pleasant Hotel to come back to after a long day touring. Close walking distance to the Naples Central Station is certainly an advantage.

Cons:

Although a great Hotel we would have liked the availability of an onsite restaurant as the area itself is not the type of area we would normally stay and the Station area tends to attract Pick Pockets. Had one attempt so NEVER wear your BackPack on your BACK

La chambre et salle de bain spacieuse
Petit dejzuner , très bien

Cons:

J avais demandé un lit double mais nous avons eu 2 lits
Cela n à pas été un problème. Mais je signale quand même
Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionne pas
Le doguy bag du dernier jour , car nous partions très tôt , est à revoir ....
Notamment les boissons devraient être fraîche
Un jour, notre chambre à été oubliée par les dames de ménage
Mais nous l avons signaler et avons eu des propres Essuies

Dans l ensemble , je recommande cet hôtel

Dommage qu il soit dans un quartier mal fréquenté qui ne représente pas du tout Naples

Le point fort de l endroit
La gare , les métros les bus qui permettent d aller partout

Good location, decent price and fantastic pool to cool in on a hot day.

There was a very nice pool on the roof, location was great, hotel provided everything we needed from them.

Angenehmer kurzer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel gleich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und somit sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Frühstück das nicht konsumiert wurde, konnte nicht rückerstattet werden.

Definitely not a palazzo experience - better luck elsewhere
Pros:

Wonderful spacious and modern room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Reasonable choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Curious there were no water boiler and tea in the room.

Room rather noisy, double glazing would help.

Awful neighbourhood, hence probably the low price even in peak season.

Pool is incredibly small, don't be fooled by the pictures. Impossible to swim.

Rooftop bar area is relatively small and thus quickly crowded. Some barmen prefer to play obnoxious loud club music. Smoking is allowed, revulting.

Some staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Though they undoubtedly face many different customers, they could be trained a bit more in the idea of "service with s smile" (even if they don't really mean it).

No a/c in the breakfast room. Be prepared for many other lower class guests - tattoos galore, and loud talking by e.g. rude Americans ubiquitous.

The chamber maid likes cleaning with loud music in the early morning, could be overheard next door, waking us up.
