It was a nice hotel with a great staff. Right near the BART.
Pros:

It was very nice. Big room too. Location was near Bart.

Cons:

The bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t close all the way. It has a frosted door, which in the middle of the night lights up the room when your partner uses bathroom it at 3am maybe. Use your cell phone light, so you don’t wake up other person.

Below my expectations for the description and price. It was okay but I probably will not return.
Pros:

Location very central.

Cons:

Street noise
Pillows all firm and stuffed full
Hole in my bath towel and no shower cap provided in the room
Insufficient staffing in restaurant for breakfast-no one visible when I arrived and waited several minutes to be seated

El personal que no era de front desk.

Cons:

Tenia una habitación superior, y no me la dieron hasta el dia sigiuiente, de pasar la primera noche en una habiatción que no era la contratada, y de tener que protestar durante toda la mañana siguiente y tener que cambiar de de habitación¡, habiendo pagado 650 euros por habitación.
