Horrible unpleasant experience never again
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

No breakfast offered place was filthy dead roaches broken door handles and closets was put in a room with a door that was kicked in at the bottom
Bedsheets we’re filthy and smelly staff was unprofessional

I did not have a working A/C or tv. I complained every day for 4 days and they promised to fix it but they never did. Their credit card reader didn’t work so I had to use an app. Then they wouldn’t honor it b/c I left a bad review.

The price is affordable.

Cons:

1- Key cards/ doors are constantly messing up resulting in unnecessary trips to the office to reset cards.
2- Rooms aren’t cleaned, or fresh
3- cleaning staff does not come to service your room at all if you stay multiple days or even weeks at a time, but are told whe checking in that service is every other day to every 2 days. Sheets are stained and most rooms have no blankets. Mold in showers, and barely no water pressure. Floors are not cleaned at all and you have to keep slides or slippers on bc without you will have black dirty feet!
4- Some nights have no one working at all from 11 pm to 8 am.

Horrible due to the manager constantly screaming and provoking guests.
Pros:

The manager of the property had a horrible attitude and was constantly screaming at people and complaining about white people. She was constantly harassing a disabled woman who stayed there. She screamed at some guests that they could not be on the balcony and some were juat leaving their room when she screamed at them to stay inside. The employees also seemed very frightened whenever she was around and that is very concerning.

Cons:

The manager is not a salvagable employee. If her behavior continues she will end up provoking someone to have a negative reaction and your company would be liable. That kind of behavior cannot be corrected. I think you need to sp3ak to the employees under her charge and see how they feel of they aren't too afraid to speak up. You can check your cameras to see how far away she was when screaming at whomever...it happened all day long.
