Very close to hot springs. Nice indoor pool and very good breakfast. Very happy with our stay!
Fresh fruit with breakfast
Plenty of food choices, but always seemed to be on the luke warm to cold side.
Property seems to be pretty dated could use a face lift ,elevators could definitely use some mantinace, room felt a little small for the price.
The staff was rude and unhelpful. My husband was in a walking boot after having surgery. He asked where we could park our utility trailer (it takes up one parking spot) and we were told to park down the street at the truck stop. The next couple was told if they needed another park space they could use the underground parking. It just went down hill from there. There weren't two rooms anywhere next to each other in the hotel. I have a special needs adult child and a 12 year old. My husband and I spent the night apart on our anniversary. Thanks for that. Every time a question was asked the response was "No, do you want a manager." If we had been mean or rude I could see her acting that way but we tried to be nice and polite. I wish your staff could have been the same. Also the tile on the bathroom floor moved.

My son and I had a 2 night reservation at another hotel only to find out at arrival (8:00pm) that they had cancelled the reservation due to room being taken out of service. We had been traveling all day (flight from Florida and rental car travel from Denver) so we did not receive the messages. During search for available rooms I found LaQuinta to have one room available - I booked it online and immediately headed to hotel. Staff at front desk was welcoming, professional and efficient.
The facility was extremely clean, a nice fireplace in lobby, spacious breakfast and lounge area. Room was very clean and comfortable - parking was convenient. This was probably the nicest LQ property I have been in! Great stay!

Nothing everything was terrible
The room was super dirty when we walked in, the floors turn the towels black, nothing was clean and the beds were super uncomfortable
Within walking distance of the Glenwood Springs spa and downtown, very clean, comfortable.
Proximity to downtown Glenwood Springs, breakfast that was included (a variety of hot food, not just the typical bagel and fruit basket) and the spacious suite.
The place looked like it was recently renovated but you can tell the place needed more than just paint to cover up the fact the place had some good days.
The location is good and check in was smooth and fast.
The place is dirty. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days or weeks, the elevator was dirty and buttons didn't all seem to work. The room was cleaner but some pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. A/C smelled a bit. I generally like La Quinta but I'll be staying away from this location.
