The old fashion feel all its original feel
The location was not the best and the long wait on elevators was frustrating
Everything about it was good. What fan my first couple hours with little two nothing to report.
The computer system is down. I didn't get my keys into the next day. To jacuzzi what's dirty around the tub i had to clean it the little sink on the outside. It's a way to be wise was dirty or so I had to clean.
Pleasant atmosphere at the lobby.
Shower room water up to ankle height. Water didn’t drain.
The elevators took a very long time
Affordable in comparison
Dirty windows
The location and the beauty of the hotel.
No wifi the whole stay, old tv with only 5 channels. Things could definitely be updated.
The ambience and the location was perfect. I just have to remember to get a bigger room with a view next time.
My view sucked, but that was my choice
Location was good
Took an hour to get checked in then the door key didn’t work, they switched our room and it was horrible. Was right next to elevator so that was all one could hear is the elevator going up and down.
Didn't like anything.It was a horrible stay
The elevators didn't work. The room smelled like mold
It was connected to Bally’s
We had to change our room 3 times due to broken air systems
Strangers entered the room at night bc the key system was down
beds clean and comfy; room lovely, historic decor; my key card kept shutting off so i repeatedly had to return to the front desk to get a new one. on the third time the informed that the computer was down so i'd have to wait (waited an hour for someone to come to the 20th floor and let me in. there was no hello, no explanation just shoved his card in and walked away....i yelled thank you down the hallway and he just kept walking. rude! front desk staff look like they lost their best friend; no smile, greeting or positivity...and no uniform just a black tshirt....tacky. the Vue lounge was fun but food horrible. id stay again if they fix that keycard issue. also this survey is premature because i'm sure they'll take their time returning my $100 deposit. ironically the computers are just fine when theyre debiting your account but it will probably be down again thereby delaying my refund. lastly the resort fees and tax are exorbitant..... stop it hotels.... just stop it. your embarassing yourselves and the hospitality industry in whole by gouging customers and providing subpar service. on that note.... if you strugglet to have all rooms ready for checking increase your staff, pay them good wages and stop letting the owners/ceo's shave off $300k salaries..... share the wealth and perhaps your hotels will run better.
see above but to add: we were in line at 3:30 for checkin but line so long and front desk so slow that we didnt get into our room til close to 5pm. the fact that checkin is damn near evening hours but you have to get out at the crack of dawn its like what am i paying for? next time i'll just put a blow up mattress in the back of my suv if the only thrill i get from a hotel is going to sleep.
⭐ 1-Star Review
My husband’s iPhone was stolen from the pool area during our stay, and the hotel’s response was completely unacceptable.
There was no manager available(3 days) to handle the situation, and a hotel with over 300 rooms had only one employee at the front desk. Guest safety appeared to be a low priority.
The security presence was ineffective, and some security staff appeared unprofessional and possibly impaired while on duty. No one seemed prepared to properly address a serious incident such as theft.
We expected a safe environment and responsible management. Instead, We ware left without support after a crime occurred on hotel property.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone concerned about security, management accountability, or guest service.
Honestly I can't think of anything I liked.
The staff was rude, unhelpful and when you tried to ask a question they told you to go ask someone else. The rooms were dirty. The lampshades were torn. The front desk wasn't helpful when asked questions. People were sleeping in the hallway outside of our room on the floor and we heard people screaming in the middle of the night and knew if we called the front desk they would be no help!
The staff was friendly the room was clean good location.
The staff was friendly the room was clean but there were no toiletries the hot tub was not working which was a total let down it was my wife birthday it would have to be a thumbs down.
