Pros:

Shuttle service! Big clean room and bathroom for the price!

Cons:

Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and friendly. Coffee in the morning was great. The bathroom was big, clean and up to date!

When our keycard didn’t work, the staff gave us new ones and a tried to fix the door. When it still didn’t work, they gave us a different room. All very friendly and understandable.

It was a really delightful stay with good food that left me in excellent shape for a 5 hour flight.
Pros:

I had an early morning flight, so all along I planned to get a room at an airport hotel for the night before. All I really wanted or expected was a basic, though clean, room and a secure setting -- as well as the crucial airport shuttle and close-to-airport location. But I got so much more. The room was very nice, with a big, modern bathroom, places to charge devices, a nice big TV, an operable alarm clock, and good-size refrigerator -- as well as a telephone that let me set up an automatic "wake-up call." The next morning I woke up early, but at 5:00 am the wake-up call came through, swiftly followed by the alarm going off.
Best of all, however, the hotel has a "Bistro" where fresh food is cooked and served over a fairly long period. The night before I ordered some of their hummus as I had some left-over bread from my trip with me. I asked to have it "to go." It appeared to be very fresh and I think it was actually made in response to my order, not scooped out of a pre-prepared dish, as I had to wait about 5 minutes. It was packaged up very professionally and came with additional bread and carrots plus a knife and fork. I had a complete dinner of bread spread with hummus. In the morning, I left before the Bistro opened at 6:30 but I had a breakfast of bread and hummus as well -- using the refrigerator to keep everything fresh. The airport shuttle was prompt, helpful, and very fast -- they are right by the airport.

Inconvenient due to staff shortages
Pros:

Rooms were upgraded. Airport shuttle left on time.

Cons:

Completely understaffed. One evening check in and front desk person on a Friday evening. One breakfast person in the Saturday morning for a non-free breakfast.

Van drivers very helpful. Bistro service was excellent. Complaint: asked for room.away from elevator. Got a room next to elevator. Check in time is late. No shower cap.
