Pros:

Het personeel is geweldig. Wij komen regelmatig in het Apollo hotel en de verrassing was groot toen wij in de kamer
een flesje wijn, nootjes en een hele lieve kaart aantroffen van het personeel. Zo attent !
Het ontbijt is heel goed en uitgebreid waar wij ook weer hartelijk ontvangen werden door een bijzonder leuke meneer
(Frits) ook Leanne die ons ingecheckt heeft is een topper !!

Die Lage ist gut. Früstückbüffet ist auch in Ordnung.

Personal ist sehr unprofessionel. Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht und ordentlich am Anreisetag wurden die Beträge für die 2 Zimmer auf meiner Kreditkarte reserviert. Es wurden höhere Beträge, als den bestätigten Preis, blockiert. Wenn ich gefragt habe, warum, wurde mir erklärt, dass es MWst ist. Ich habe gezeigt, dass MWsT im bestätigten Preis inbegriffen ist. Dann wurde es gehiessen, das ist eine Kaution.... ???.
Am Abreisetag wurden wir nach dem Frühstück wie Betrüger behandelt ohne zu wissen am Anfang, wofür es geht. Wir wurden in unserem Zimmer nicht zugelassen, bis das Zimmer nicht bezahlt wurde. Wenn ich gefragt habe, was ist mit dem reservierten Betrag auf meiner Kreditkarte, hat das Hotel behauptet, dass der Betrag für dies Zimer auf meiner Kreditkarte im Voraus zurückerstattet wurde. Warum wurde das gemacht, konnte niemand im Hotel erklären. Scheinbar ein Fehler vom Hotel. Zu diesem Zeitpunk war aber das Geld nicht zurück auf meiner Kreditkarte gewesen und das Zimmer musste doppelt bezahlt werden. Wenn ich darauf bestanden habe, das Hotel muss mir schriflich bestätigen, die doppelte Zahlung zurückbezahlt wird, wurde das sehr ungern von der Rezeption gemacht.
Die doppelte Zahlung wurde nächste Woche zurückerstattet, aber ein solches Erlebnis für ein 4-sterniges Hotel ist nicht zu akzeptieren besonders, wenn es um einen Mitarbeiterfehler geht.
Im Restaurant ist eine Mitarbeiterin Naomi, die gar nicht weiss, warum sie dort ist. Sie soll um die Tischverteilung kümmern und lässt Tische stundenlang als reserviert leer stehen und lehnt Kunden ab. Sie ist sehr unfreundlich.
