The team and location are what made our stay so enjoyable
Pros:

The location is excellent only a 2-minute walk to the Rijksmuseum and other museums. The team were really great and super helpful for any questions.

Cons:

The pillows are small square ones that are too soft so no good for side sleepers, left me with a sore neck. Hopefully they can be replaced before we stay next.

The room was on the semi-basement floor, facing a busy street, and the windows were not soundproof, so the traffic noise disturbed us all night long.
The bathtub was quite dirty, and at breakfast I had to eat at a table with the previous guests’ dishes still on it because nobody had cleared it. the cost forna room for one person, for one night, was 600€

Camera al -1 che affaccia sulla strada: rumori (auto, passanti) molto forti tutta la notte. Doccia inserita nel bagno senza uno spazio dedicato, impossibile farsi una doccia senza spargere acqua ovunque. Ristorante dell'hotel pessimo, pochissima scelta e qualità scadente.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Gleich am Museums Quarter, direkt neben dem Rijksmuseum. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man auch gleich im "Grachten Fächer". Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
