Melhor tratamento para pet e localização
Pros:

Fui com meu pet e nós fomos muito bem recebidos. Os meninos da recepção foram ótimos e até me ajudaram a encontrar um veterinário para as burocracias do meu voo. Além do tratamento para meu cachorrinho que foi ótimo, o quarto era muito aconchegante e com uma ótima vista. Fui recebida com uma taça de espumante 🥂

Great with a dog!
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and accommodating for me and my dog. We were transiting for a couple days through Amsterdam on our international journey. They were friendly towards the dog, helped me find reliable airport transport, and stored my dog's large crate throughout our stay. The location was excellent. It was easy to reach the big park, and we could also hit the canal district easily too. The room we stayed in was a good size for Europe and had a great bathtub and shower.

Second time we stay here, we really like the quality of the rooms, the quietness, the location, the quality of the breakfast. It’s a great stay in Amsterdam

Cons:

A bit disappointed by the front desk staff this year. We got a derogatory comment upon arrival because they found we arrived too late for check-in (our train was delayed. however, no check-in time is specified when booking). We got the wrong information for electric bike rentals. But, even tough, we would definitely come back here
