Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. The restaurant was awesome. Views were very pleasant Staff was exceptional in service with outstanding attitudes!

TV gets an F -
No decent channels, i wanted music and some inspirational programming but YouTube didn't allow me to connect

Exceptional service
Pros:

We had a very good stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

I would especially like to commend a member of the Food & Beverage team, Tarren, for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made every dining experience enjoyable and memorable.

I would also like to recognize the Food & Beverage Manager for being attentive and genuinely caring about the guest experience. It was greatly appreciated that they regularly checked on us, asked how we were doing, and went above and beyond to ensure everything met our expectations. Their dedication to guest satisfaction reflects very positively on the hotel and its team.

Thank you to everyone for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to returning in the future.

Customer Service above all else!
Pros:

We had a great time and they took amazing care of us! We sadly had to leave early because of the chemical leak a few miles away which was frustrating but the Manager Samantha reached out and absolutely rectified the situation and we cannot wait to come back and stay with them again soon!

Orange County Anniversary
Pros:

Rooms are clean and new. It’s very near to downtown disney. Staff are nice, especially Divina. Breakfast is great due to healthy menu, serving food for diabetics person. Highly recommended 🧡

Probably won't stay at this location again.
Pros:

We liked the room size, comfort and quietness. The location is very convenient to the Disney parks and you can walk to nearby restaurants. The free mimosa for moms on Mother's Day was a nice touch.

Cons:

The unfriendly front desk attendant she might have been a manager as well but she was just very rude and unhelpful. After a long day at Disneyland my son and I wanted to relax our sore muscles in the hot tub. We were extremely let down when we got into the hot tub and it was more like a lukewarm tub, plus there were to towels available in the pool area to get out and dry off. The front desk specifically asked us not to bring the bath towels from our room down and to use the pool towels. We had zero way to dry off so we sat in a not hot tub waiting for towels. My son asked the from desk for some towels the front desk lady rudely told him she would send some down. We waited almost an hour get towels. Very disappointing to say the least.
