A good and affordable hotel close to Disneyland. It was easy to walk to the park, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was very good value for the price. We would stay here again.
The breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with just eggs, sausages, a few pastries, and not much else. Everything was served on disposable plates and with disposable cutlery, which made the whole experience feel quite cheap. We really didn’t enjoy the breakfast and honestly felt it would have been better not to offer it at all.
The property was nice.
The queen beds for the room are the size of full beds and the bed mattresses are really springy.
L'habitació era molt gran i estava molt neta, el llit molt còmode. Les piscines son prou grans i té també dos jacuzzis. La distància a Disne és ideal.
L'hotal és molt gran i l'espai de l'esmorzar és molt just per tanta gent. A més la varietat del menjar és poca, encara que és la tònica habitual de tots els hotels a EUA en els que ens hem allotjat.

The room AC was loud, room was muggy and not that clean
Staff were helpful when we lost the car keys and needed Extra time to check out.
They were also helpful in changing our room when we saw a large cockroach in it (would recommend not staying on the ground/,1st floor).
The rooms were dated with dark colours making it feel cramped and suffocating.

Yes close to Disney but honestly, in the heat (and it was hot, 37 degrees) , probably a 30-40 min walk to the actual main gate.

Molta gent a l'esmorzar i servei de neteja de taules lent.
Érem 5 i no teníem king size, els llits van ser justos i no ens van posar el llit supletori que ens havien dit que posarien.
Location was very good and easy to get too. Loved the breakfasts offered each morning. The grounds are beautiful. Appreciated the shuttle service at a very reasonable price.

Devoir payer $25 par nuit le parking est du vol sachant qu’on a même pas de place attribuée donc on peut se retrouver à l’autre bout du parking, top !
Le petit déjeuner digne d’une cantine de lycée, faut pas être difficile sinon vous n’allez pas bien manger, en plus c’est super petit donc avec le monde le matin c’est la guerre pour avoir une place.
Maintenant le plus choquant, est qu’ils nous ont attribué une chambre avec seulement deux lits doubles pour 5 ADULTES et qu’on doive PAYER 16€ par nuit pour avoir un lit supplémentaire ?? C’est complètement aberrant et inadmissible de nous attribuer un logement pour 4 adultes et de demander de payer pour avoir un lit supplémentaire alors qu’on a bien effectué notre réservation pour 5 !!! Je n’avais jamais vu ça auparavant, on est chez les fous du capitalisme.
Si vous être une famille, fuyez absolument cet établissement, ce sont des voleurs et des arnaqueurs, une honte pour les hôtels best western PLUS.
