We have no parking on site. Nearby parking is available at St James Quarter car park (postcode EH1 3BP), who offer our guests a discounted daily rate of £17 for 24h. Simply collect you parking ticket on entry, but please ensure to also collect your discount ticket from reception upon departure. Alternatively on street parking is available (restrictions and pricing vary).
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

I really liked the fact that the staff were so friendly. Also the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's situation was excellent too.
I didn't like the poorly lit hallways, and the red doors - I don't think the colour scheme and lighting was very tasteful, sorry.
Unfortunately, my breakfast wasn't too good either. Re the cooked breakfast - the menu said that it would be freshly cooked. I ordered the veggie breakfast. The sausages were so tough that I couldn't get my knife through their skins,, also the grilled tomato was burnt and the spinach was overcooked and very soggy. The scrambled egg was amazing. However, overall I felt disappointed with it.
Location is ideal for shopping
No big deal but the stairs from the lift was a bit confusing.

Es war alles sehr schön, das Zimmer war groß und modern eingerichtet, das Bad war modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage war auch schön zentral, und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Der Preis war recht hoch für eine Nacht, aber Edinburgh (eine sehr mit Touristen überlaufene Stadt) ist generell recht teuer. Und für sein Geld hat man hier auch ein sehr schönes Zimmer bekommen.

Très belle chambre au dernier étage, bien aménagé et au calme, super emplacement à côté de toutes les visites à faire en ville, quelques place de stationnement en bas pour rester 1h ou 2h, sinon parking centre commercial pas loin.
Wonderful hotel and great service. We had a fantastic time during our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. All the staff members were polite and professional. It is located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore. Also the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
Good ambiance. Great food breakfast and dinner. Upgraded to club room.
Bar shut in afternoon so snacks not available. Front desk unattended at 11.30 pm so anyone could walk in as did a couple providing a spicy floor show
