The hot breakfast that was available.
The fact that the hotel is under construction and open for business is absurd. If it wasn't for the fact that nearby hotels were either sold out or triple the rate I would have found another means of lodging. The bathroom was very small- the room was dusty, one had to request the room to be serviced. There's alot of homelessness on the path to the hotel.
I couldn’t stay at the property because it was being completely gutted and on every floor the rooms was not to stay in because there was no furniture only ladders paint drop clothes everything a painter would need except the guess
Unfortunately I had to leave the next morning do to a very bad flare up with asthma and a bad headache
Hurry up with the completion of construction.
Toilet was not operable in my room. However I was able to move to another room.
That is was close to where I needed to go
They didn't have the room I reserved. So I was given one with a double bed
1st room they gave me was disgusting where there was a used pair of socks on the floor as your walked in. It wasn't clean and even The towels weren't folded it was a gross mess.
2nd room they gave me the thermostat was not working.
3rd room they gave me was gross as well and the toilet never stopped running. Worst hotel I've been in years. The people who run it are Ghetto AF.
It was really nice hotel I loved it

Location was good, quiet.
It was undergoing work, although our room was very very tired and in need of some tlc. Very dated.
First I’ll start with the pros. Nice staff, decent breakfast and convenient location. But besides that, my room appeared clean at first glance but once I started looking closer… there was hair in the shower that was NOT mine, what looked like mold growing behind the toilet, stained towels, and I saw multiple roaches in my room throughout my stay. This is probably due to the fact that there’s a 3 inch gap underneath the front door which leads directly to the outside? Can’t say I’ve ever seen that in a hotel before. I had to put a towel there whenever I was in the room. I literally bought Lysol wipes from CVS to wipe down the surfaces in my room because they did not seem clean, and they weren’t. There was a random hole in the wall and questionable stains on the bathroom wall, furniture, and front door. Neither of the outlets on the wall sconces worked. The carpet was ripped up in places and clearly this room has not been updated in many years. They are doing a renovation on the hotel right now which is very much needed. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel very safe here. The window in my room looked out onto the walkway where people walked by and if they looked in the window they would have directly seen the bed, due to this I felt like I needed to have the curtains closed at all times of the day. There were people hanging out outside of the building and I was asked for money multiple times. The bed was really the only thing that felt semi-clean. Also the TV had the worst quality I have ever seen and only like 5 channels, good thing I brought my laptop… I tried to stay out of the room as much as possible to be honest. Overall I would not recommend, and I will be telling my work to not book people here again.
Absolutely nothing.

It was our daughters birthday trip and in there special notes section when booking I added that little bit of info. When we arrived and walked into the room we were greeted with a gift bag and some goodies and a happy birthday card for our daughter. That is the first time I have ever had that happen. For a company to take the time for such a small gesture. It ment the world to our daughter!!!! So with all of that being said they are a 10 out of 10!! Absolutely great staff and hotel we will be back!!
Thank you again
If you are considering this hotel, it is because you are on a budget. From that perspective, there is no much to complain about it. First, the staff accommodated my early arrival at 1:00 PM. That was much appreciated. The location gets 5 starts. It is walking distance to the metro, aquarium, peachtree center, etc. Very convenient. The building is old and there is some remodeling going on until May 2026. The room has the basic and don't expect luxury. Cable TV is pretty bad and it is not Smart TV. I had my laptop with me to watch TV series and movies. I noticed that the door has 1/4 to 1/2 inches gap which I hope management realizes that they are wasting cold or hot air. Moreover, it is prompt for small bugs to get into the room. Breakfast is descent which includes eggs and sausage, wafer machine, etc. Overall a pleasant stay for 5 nights.
Close to aquarium
Outdated furniture, carpet old and tape on carpet and floor going into the room. Shower drain had rust
The location was great
The hotel was under renovations nothing was said at all on the website and there was almost no amenities. The noises from the street it being a motel and their broken elevators came us up till 3 am each night and the price was the exact same as surrounding 5 star hotels.
Good hotel for the price. Our bathroom was very small.
Your staff was rude I did a complaint I actually want my money back
