Clean room, convenient location close to MARTA, comfortable bed
Both elevators were broken during our 3-night stay and our room was on the 7th floor. We took it in stride, but it really was not okay for a hotel of Hilton's caliber to have both elevators out of service for days on end.
Housekeeping: two big issues. First, no one ever came to clean our rooms, which likely had something to do with the broken elevators. But an even bigger lapse in judgement was when one of the housekeepers opened our door from the outside at 10am the day of our departure WHILE WE WERE STILL IN BED, even though check-out was at 11. Completely inappropriate, to say the least.
The location was near the Marta
The elevators broke and we were on the 9th floor. We had to walk up and down the stairs. The carpet was wet and sticky feeling on my feet and we had to move rooms when we got there due to the AC being broke.
This hotel was a good choice for a three night trip that centered around Georgia Tech. Every employee that I encountered was friendly with greetings, a smile, or a held elevator door. The lobby area is bright and inviting and even on a busy weekend morning it seemed like there was enough space for everyone to find a seat for breakfast. I myself took my breakfast out to the patio. The property seems like it is probably a little older and the hallways are narrow and the ceilings felt a bit low in the corridors. The room we had was adequate in every way and I would say good for the price we paid in a prime location. I liked that the parking was not valet since I thought there was a chance I might be coming in and out a lot. The underground garage is a little bit of an adventure with two way traffic in a one lane space but it is doable. Most people would find maneuvering a full size vehicle a bit of a challenge. I had a small SUV and that was perfect for the space. The location is great and extremely walkable. The GT campus is within walking distance along with tons of dining, the park and botanical garden and probably lots of other amusement. The train station is literally next door and there is a full grocery store within a couple blocks. Very convenient location in an upscale vibrant neighborhood. I rate this a 4.5 experience overall. The property is not perfect but a good value in a great location.
Available coffee throughout the day.
Limited seating during breakfast. Breakfast was good.
A great location across the street from MARTA. Breakfast was great. The hotel was updated. Rooms were clean. Staff members were accommodating and professional.
Can't think of anything.
Location - EXCELLENT. Free breakfast a great idea and done well. Staff - friendly, and very helpful when requested. Appears to be an older building w/ little updating. Bathroom door would not close entirely. Some mold in shower. Thermostat difficult to adjust.

Great location in Midown, very handy to the MARTA rail system.
Breakfast average and not very hot.
Location in Midtown is great, but the traffic is horrible in the area. It’s easier to walk!
I hate paying extra to park and it was a challenge finding and getting into the garage.
Hotel had down filled pillows and was not able to provide alternative pillows due to allergies.
First the location: An easy walk to lots of restaurants, shopping (even a grocery store), and right by the Midtown MARTA station, making it easy to get to museums and the aquarium. Parking is below the hotel which made it easy to access our car, unlike some hotels I have stayed at in large cities.
Second the rooms: We even had a kitchen space with a full-size refrigerator. The bed was enormous and comfortable, and unlike most hotels, the AC actually worked!
Other amenities: free breakfast, and great streaming options such as HBO Max.
Best of all: The staff was outstanding. Everyone was helpful: The front desk; staff at breakfast; the cleaning staff. A big thank you to them for letting us ask questions about getting around, and for going out of your way to help. A special shout out to Aaron, Diedre, Ms. Kerry! Thank you for making everything even better by just being yourselves.
