Good value for money and an excellent breakfast
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean. Really great breakfast

Cons:

The hotel are trying to make everything’self help’ and there is never a staff member around to ask for anything. I found the wait staff at the bar area surly and unhelpful.

My room was at the end of Level 3 facing the car park. But quiet and comfortable. Sleep quality very good. All required amenities provided. Little pricey but given it was peak season with a lot of meetings and conferences, understandable

The self check in and out kiosk was not very user friendly and actually did not find my booking and I had to get the intervention of a customer care staff to check me in. It was a system glitch as they reported

Décevant. Même le match de foot de coupe du monde France Sénégal ne pouvait être vu !

La situation géographique et surtout le petit déjeuner magnifique

Cons:

1-une chambre « supérieure » sans meuble ni étagère dans la salle de bain.
Pour utiliser mon jet dentaire je devais le poser à droite et sur le lavabo avec le fil électrique à gauche. SÉCURITÉ 0 et pas confort
2- pas d’accueil physique (self Check in) sauf dans un bureau caché que nous n’avons découvert qu’après une réclamation écrite à l’hôtel. Trop tard pour changer de chambre . Nous y avions déjà passé 3 nuits.
3- le personnel est aimable mais avec très peu de pouvoir ou d’initiative

Das perfekte Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub in Berlin.
Pros:

Sowohl die Lage des Hotels als auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis waren außergewöhnlich gut. Das Frühstück verdient das Prädikat "Spitzenklasse" - mehr geht nicht.

Heel vreemd hotel

Ruime kamer!
Voor zover je personeel ziet, zijn ze aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Beetje vreemd hotel gelegen aan een sjabbie plein. We hadden om een rustige kamer gevraagd en kregen daarom een kamer aan de binnenplaats. Daar stonden enorme airco's te brullen die je ook nog hoort met de ramen dicht!
Enorm groot hotel met hele lange gangen en liften die niet tot alle etages gaan. Een aparte lift voor etage 6 en 7 maar dan moest je nog een enorm eind door gangen lopen. Een lift dichter bij onze kamer, 7e etage, ging maar tot de eerste etage en daarna verder lopen. Met de trap gaan is niet mogelijk. Niet doen want dan zit je opgesloten en kan je de etages niet meer op! Personeel haalt ongevraagd, grote papieren bekers en zelf meegebrachte lepels weg van onze kamer.

Zimmer war in Ordnung

Aufzug war nicht in Betrieb,
Kompletter Ausfall des TV über den ganzen Aufenthalt, was sehr ärgerlich ist.
Keine aktive Kommunikation bezüglich der Mängel.
