Pros:

Das freundliche Personal, die Zimmergröße und das vielseitige Frühstück haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Cons:

Leider konnte man die Klimaanlage nicht regeln, so dass es in der Nacht zu warm zum schlafen war

Cons:

Problème de climatisation défectueuse, ou en tout cas insuffisante, dans les chambres orientées vers le soleil (confirmé par un voisin ayant eu le même problème). Plusieurs tentatives de rectification d'un technicien, mais rien n'y fait; la climatisation souffle de l'air presque chaud : 28 degrés dans la pièce, impossible de tomber plus bas. Chaleur presque étouffante. C'est comme si l'hôtel, pour faire des économies (?), refusait de véritablement descendre la température "centrale", qui permettrait à la climatisation de souffler froid. Solution proposée : "un ventilateur"... Ce n'est pas très professionnel. Autre solution : changer de chambre : chambre proposée : une chambre au 1er étage avec une vue immonde sur les tuyauteries et le bruit qui va avec. A nouveau, ce n'est pas très professionnel... Une telle chaleur dans la chambre est suffisante pour justifier la déception.

Gerne wieder Berlin Berlin - sympathisch
Pros:

Wir erhielten ein Upgrade, was uns sehr freute, d.h. das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. In den Innenhof gelegen, daher ganz ruhig.
Freundliche Stimmung im Haus.
Leider konnten wir aus Zeitgründen die Sauna nicht nutzen, wäre jedoch schön gewesen. Gym gibt es 24/7.
Es gibt auch Hotel eigene Fahrräder, in Berlin durchaus zu empfehlen.
Wir hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder dabei. Hotel bietet Parkplatz gegen Gebühr, E-Ladestellen verfügbar.

In diesem großen Haus keine Rezeption, sondern das Checkin und out dem Gast zu überlassen ist schon ziemlich dreist!
Personaleinsparung nennt man das und es bringt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in eine erhebliche Schieflage!
Ein Call zum Servicecenter blieb unbeantwortet!!! Woher auch , wenn nur 2 Personen sich fort befinden .
