Die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht.
Uber mir hat jemand um 5 Uhr im Zimmer trainiert und dadurch wurde ich geweckt.

Leider überwiegt der negativ letzte Tag.

Das Zimmer

Cons:

Check-in, an Abreisetag wurde einmal um 9 Uhr an Zimmer geklopft, um zu schauen ob wir schon weg waren und dann nochmals um 11:00 Uhr und obwohl man “ einen Moment bitte “ die Tür einfach aufgemacht worden ist. Absolut ein no Go!!

A great getaway
Pros:

The hotel has a quirky style, we loved the decor in the lobby and how fab the bar area is, with different seating areas. Great staff, very helpful and efficient. I used the gym which was good too, with a nice little lounger area and sauna. Everywhere was very clean. The room was great, everything we needed and again very clean. We played table tennis which was great fun. The location is so handy for the underground and also some great little bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return and recommend!

Cons:

Nothing really! (No decaf coffee at the bar but not a big deal!)

Thankgod our stay was Short!
Pros:

The location to the hop on hop off bus was near by, also cafes and restaurants where around a klm walk.

Cons:

Arrival at the hotel we where greeted with overfilled garbage bins at the front door, guest services where not visible and had to search to be able to get assistance just to check in😏 the rear entrance which was a smoking area was not maintain and needs alittle TLC.

When checking in we were told we had been given an upgrade🙄 the room was dark, the air conditioner didn’t work properly and the shower recess was very slippery and extremely dangerous. We did approach guest services regarding the issues and asking for a rubber mat for shower we were told that they don’t supply them. For a member of the Raddison group presentation doesn’t seem to be this hotels priority.
