Fint hotel - men mange ting fungerede ikke.
Pros:

Gode senge og overordnet et rart hotel med en behagelig atmosfære.

Cons:

1. Der var ikke vand mellem 22-06, så det var om at få børstet tænder inden kl. 22.
2. aircon virkede ikke.
3. Safetybox virkede ikke.
4. Værelset var lille, det vidste vi ved bestilling - men der var kun en kort bøjlestang til opbevaring af tøj - ingen hylder eller skuffer.
5. Vi tilkøbte morgenmadsbuffet en enkelt dag. Der er stort udvalg, men kedelig smag. Vi valgte at spise ude i stedet for.

Alt i alt en lidt skuffende oplevelse, når man har bestilt et 4-stjernet hotel.

Cons:

Di notte l'erogazione dell'acqua era stata interrotta per diverse notti. Lo staff non si è preoccupato di assicurarsi che il disservizio fosse conosciuto. Dopo molte lamentele mi sono state offerte 2 bottigliette d'acqua per potermi lavare i denti. La seconda notte nemmeno quelle.

Sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Badlampe am Spiegel defekt.
Konnte nicht ausgetauscht werden, anderes Zimmer wurde nicht angeboten.
Erste Nacht zwischen 22.00 uhr und 6.00 uhr kein Wasser. Hat die Stadt abgestellt aber vom Hotel hätte ich eine entsprechende Information und Warnung erwartet.
Auch keine Vorsorge mit Wasser als Angebot
In den folgenden nächten ebenfalls das gleiche Problem aber für kürzere Zeit

Would highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff was nice, location was also pretty great with close options for public transport. Self-check-in went smoothly and fast. The room was clean and comfortable. We paid separately for breakfast which had a fantastic selection. And they also have an in-hotel mini convenience store + restaurant.

Cons:

Only minus was that the heating did not work - yet? We were there during the in-between awkward autumn weather when it’s not yet cold enough, and overall expected the room to be cold as Germany in general seems to have a phobia when it comes to heating.
A small sign stating that the tap water is safe to drink in Berlin would also come in handy for guests that come from conuntries where it is not as bottled water was missing from the room (which I expect from highly rated hotels).

Bis auf das Wasserproblem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Gute Lage mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett. Nette Bar im EG.

Cons:

In mehreren Nächten war das warme und kalte Wasser abgestellt, so dass weder eine Toilettenspülung lief, noch Wasserhahn oder Dusche funktionierten. Letzteres führte auch zu Einschränkungen am Abreisetag.

Das Hotel und das Personal fantastisch, nur das Management war nicht zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Das Hotel war super, Lage perfekt, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Auch das Frühstück war vollkommend ausreichend und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das einzige Manko war, das in der Zeit in der Nacht ab 22.00 Uhr kein Wasser war.
Man hätte uns beim einchecken schon darüber informieren müssen!. Ganz schlimm fanden wir, das das Personal zu diesem Thema allein gelassen wurde und die ganze Wut der Gäste ab bekam. Man hätte von vornherein, darauf hinweisen müssen und den Gästen eine Entschädigung anbieten müssen.
