Bed was comfortable.
We checked in at 11am two rooms. Not ready. Told to come back at 1pm. Left our luggage with bellboy. Came back at 4pm. Only one room was ready and the twin room with river view still not ready. They gave us a downgraded room with no view instead. Waived local tax for one night. Should have been both nights. Gave us breakfast voucher for one person. Should have been two. One of the lifts was out of action. Service at breakfast was appalling. Slow doesn’t even begin to describe it. Went out for breakfast the next day.
Lovely boaty looking interior of the room. Good size of the room. Location served us well
Zero noise insulation. Door is literally not blocking any sound from the corridors, and as our room was next to the elevators you can imagine how well we could hear ALL conversations (or guests shouting) while waiting for the lift.

Restaurant chaotic, rude staff, very rude, smirked and laughed at me in the midst of ordering a coffee, I walked away. Unhygienic practices behind the bar, hands, dirty, skip waiting guests in favour of people they know, never used the catering side. Hotel itself nice though!

Avevamo la camera con vista città al 24º piano ed era stupenda. La camera accogliente, spaziosa e comoda, con un bagno luminoso, moderno e igienico.
L’hotel ha una palestra ben attrezzata, pulita e spaziosa, inoltre mette a disposizione agiugamani sia normali che rinfrescati e ricarica acqua.
Aria condizionata eccessiva. Un piccolo accorgimento, siccome un ascensore era fuori uso per lavori, durante il giorno due ascensori risultsvano pochi per il via vai di persone.
Staff at check in was fantastic. The lobby, elevator and hallways were all clean. I didn't notice any dirt, hair, lint or anything in our room. It was very clean. We were in walking distance of anything we needed or wanted to do.
The only downside was getting out of the parking garage. It was an extremely tight fit and our room key did not work to lift the gate. We called for assistance several times but the call went unanswered. Luckily a friendly patron used their card to get us out. Who knows how long we would have been there otherwise.
