Great location, clean & comfy!
Pros:

Location. Short walk to Newbury Street, shopping, dinner etc. onsite parking.

Cons:

Two night stay minimum for graduation. Since our daughter graduated from Northeastern, we had to go down twice in a week for two separate graduations. The second time was during the week and it was a two night minimum stay.

Pros:

Location. Close to Fenway, food, and friends.

Cons:

Check in time at 4. Another hotel I stayed check in was 2p.

Pros:

Room was clean. Space was quiet.

Cons:

I was double charged for parking. Despite contact with the hotel, the overcharge has not been addressed. When speaking with concierge, the overcharge was referred to an email. Haven't received a response to the email nor a reimbursement for the overcharge.

Pros:

The spacious, clean walk-in shower and the comfortable bed and cozy linens.

Cons:

The toilet is much too low, especially for older folks.

Pros:

Great central location and excellent gym. Rooms were fine - quite business like

Cons:

There is no pool and the wifi wasn’t the best. Also we had a number of issues with unauthorised payments being taken from our credit card as they have a very poor computer system. We ended up paying the correct price at the end of our stay, but it involved quite a few discussions with the managers (who were very helpful in getting this glitch resolved).

Great location, gym and a comfy bed
Pros:

Great location, very comfortable bed. The gym was very impressive! Never seen a hotel gym that good! I would come back just because of that to be honest.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn´t like was a flaw in the toilet when flushing it, it was very loud. Also ran out of shower gel one day and it didn´t get filled up. No room cleaning on one of the days we stayed there, not sure why.

Phenomenal staff, very clean, updated. A little too expensive .
