Pros:

The staff was exceptional, especially because we were stuck there for three nights because of the nor’easter. And the staff did everything to make our stay comfortable despite that.

Front Desk Staff Unprofessional, Snubbish and Disriminatory
Pros:

The other person in the front desk, her name was Carla, who attended to us with much warmth and welcome. She even upgraded our room without us even mentioning of the occassion we were celebrating. She was the silver lining to what was an awful first encounter in the hotel.

Cons:

Front Desk Staff Unprofessional, Snubbish and Disriminatory.

We arrived in the lobby at around past 4pm last October 25th and approached one of the ladies at the front desk (We were not able to get her name - she had blond hair, maybe around 40s-50s, had an Italian accent). We even smiled and greeted. The front desk lady didn't even acknowledge nor made eye contact, basically ignored us, and just walked past us to attend to another guest behind us. No greetings, no basic hospitality skills/courtesy.

The same staff then happily greeted other guests (one was a British guy in a suit and an Italian couple).

We thought that it was a one-off thing, but the same snub/unwelcoming behavior was shown when we came back for dinner that same night. The Italian lady does not even look at you, nor greet you or anything when you enter the hotel lobby even when you make eye contact with her.

It was the worst kind of behavior we experienced in all the hotels we've ever stayed in.

We felt that the staff was unprofessional, preferential, racist and discriminatory which I don't believe any guest of Club Quarters should be treated.

Regardless, I strongly believe that the behavior exhibited by the blond front desk staff is highly unacceptable and should be reprimanded.

Hoping that his does not happen to other guests.

Tolles, zentrales Stadthotel mit hilfsbereitem und nettem Personal.
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage. Tolle Lobby mit feinem Kaffee. Gratis Wasser und Eis. Sehr nettes Personal beim Empfang.

Cons:

Preis war etwas hoch. Aber das gilt für alle Hotels in dieser Zeit in Boston.

Malísima relación calidad precio, no entiendo como este hotel puede tener tan buenas valoraciones con el precios tan elevado la habitación es vieja y con malos cerramientos. No tiene apenas instalaciones. No lo recomiendo por estos precios.

I had a great time and I'm very happy with my choice of hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The hotel was nice, room was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities I needed. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back in the future.

Cons:

I was happy with every part of this stay. Y=There is nothing to improve.

ארוחה דלה , אין חדר אוכל, קיבלנו שובר לאכול בסמוך למלון .
זו בעיקר הייתה האכזבה שלנו .
עדיף היה ללא ארוחת בוקר במלון.
