The location was good. It was close to the subway and Faneuil Hall/ North End and Chinatown. Nespresso machine in room was nice. Bed was really comfortable and room had plenty of storage. Liked the availability of the pub next door, though we didn’t have time to go. Nice comfortable sitting room downstairs with coffee and water. Liked that there were water filling stations in each floor.
No refrigerator in the room. The shower had an odd shape decreasing the space and this was where the shower head aimed.
We had an amazing time at Club Quarters. The room was very clean and we loved the atmosphere, coffee and water. Juberto was excellent, friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.
I selected this hotel primarily because it was located in the heart of historic Boston. I could walk to many amenities. The room was immaculate. The bed was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful. The attached restaurant is unparalleled in hotel-associated restaurants. The Elephant & Castle is not to be missed even if you stay at another hotel. The food was fantastic. Try the Wee Pie Flight: sample sizes of each of the 4 dinner pies they serve. Also, the Slum Dog is perfect. Breakfast was no less great. The front desk lobby is a bit small so I shudder to think what the jam would be if 10 people all wanted to check out at the same time. I very much appreciate the secure key-activated elevators.
My only issue was that there was no refrigerator or microwave. They probably weren't listed on the amenities list and I just didn't realize they wouldn't be there. I also didn't ask for a minifridge and I probably would have gotten one. I also would have preferred to have a luggage rack rather than sacrifice the easy chair to my suitcase.
The hotel is situated in downtown Boston, making the city very walkable. Jilberto assisted us very well during the check-in process, again, thank you for your great service! A traditional pub is accessible through the hotel lobby. The overall waiting area in the hotel lobby was very nicely decorated with free water and coffee services. Road side parking is available, and the hotel offers heavily discounted rates on a parking garage less than 3 minutes away.
The rooms are pretty tiny, especially paying over $250 a night. Moreover, the rooms are very dated. Carpets are stained above an acceptable standard. Rooms are pretty noisy, and the bathroom seems not to be unchanged since the ‘80s. The water dispensers, available on every floor, are incredibly slow (takes over 10 minutes to fill up a small water bottle, and tasting like chlorine). Elevators can get very packed to such an extent that after 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to take the stairs with my two suitcases to proceed to check-out.

Sicuramente la posizione ottima, il centro di boston è a portata di mano e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro blu di Government center, che porta in venti minuti all' aeroporto. Nella lobby sono a disposizione per tutti i clienti e a qualsiasi ora distributori di caffè e acqua filtrata, sia naturale sia frizzante. I distributori di acqua sono presenti anche ad ogni piano con bottigliette di plastica da riutilizzare e riempire.
Il personale gentile e disponibile.
Letto abbastanza comodo e stanza ben insonorizzata
Stanza un po' datata, con una moquette che tanto ricorda gli anni 70. Bagno piccolo e cieco, anche se dotato di tutti i servizi.
È un quattro stelle ma non per gli standard europei.
