Wij vonden op onze kamer nog vuil van de vorige hotelgasten.
Buiten eten was heel storend door de hangjongeren.
Good breakfast and good location
Hotel was over booked so even though I had already paid for two rooms we were given a so-called ‘upgrade’ on one of the rooms. This ‘upgrade’ was an apartment across the road from the hotel with a bedroom (with no tv) next to a busy road and construction site with bulldozers at work early in the morning!
The hotel room which we did get was missing a remote control - had to come down to get one and there was a towel which was absolutely filthy! Disgusting…
Staff at reception was incompetent. The young lady at check in was rude and it took 30mins to check out and get my invoice. In that time a man checked in and had to come back down because they had given him the wrong room number.

Kamers waren prima, voor het appartement voor het gezin beviel uitstekend!
Minpuntje is de routebeschrijving naar de parking. Als je die onbeschrijfelijk plotse weg erheen mist, moet je de hele ring van Mechelen nemen.
En als je hem uiteindelijk wel inrijdt, is niet duidelijk dat je meteen moet parkeren MAAR dat de (ver lijkende) afstand tot het hotel door een loopbrug wordt verkort.
Vind het ook minder dat er nadat je incheckt geen barservice is en je je koffie etc uit van die apparaten moet halen.

- eenpersoonskamer weggestoken ergens, waarbij je trappen moest doen om er te geraken.
