it was an average experience.

Cons:

staff is not cooperative. Wifi was not working at all. I approached the reception again and again but they did not bothered then i insisted to see the manager then they offered me to change the room. This is how they resolve the issues.

Great location and friendly staff, but the room cleanliness could have been better.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right by Times Square. Many attractions were within walking distance, and the subway was also very close, making it convenient to get around the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were given a very small room for our 9-night stay. However, this was not a major issue since we were only in the room to sleep most of the time. Although the room was cleaned every day, it never felt properly clean. Another thing we did not like was that we had to pay to store our luggage after check-out. This is something we had never experienced at any other hotel before.

The only thing I liked about this property was its location. It is very convenient and close to Times Square and many attractions

Cons:

The room was extremely small, old, and not clean. There was noticeable dampness and humidity in the room, which caused me to have an allergic reaction. The building is very old and looks nothing like the photos online. The staff were unfriendly and provided poor service. During check-in, nobody even offered assistance with luggage. The elevators were extremely slow; sometimes I had to wait 15–20 minutes just to get to the 5th floor. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations at all

Nada, todo roto viejo y en mal estado.
Lo único que rescato es el personal de limpieza que siempre te atendía de buena forma.
La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

El personal de la recepción y las personas que te reciben las valijas contestan de mala forma y siempre de mal humor. Una chica de pelo rubio que siempre esta en la mañana atiende de muy mala forma, todas las veces que fui a preguntar algo contesta de mala manera.
Te piden un depósito de 500usd al ingreso y eso no está aclarado en ninguna parte de la reserva.
La habitación tenia los muebles rotos y gastados. La recepción deja mucho que desear también. El baño es muy incómodo, no es el de las fotos de la reserva. Pedi que se me cambie de habitación y me contestaron de mala forma.
Las fotos que muestra en la reserva no son las de las habitaciones reales.
