Excellent hot breakfast which varied from day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Peaceful neighborhood. The garbage/recycle station for breakfast could use some organizing. I fear it all ends up in the trash so improvement on the save the environment action would be welcomed.

We had an incredible 3 night stay while attending the Red Hats tournament and the staff are so customer centric! Very pleasant! Huge shout out to Claudia and Aleisha who were so helpful! The location was so convenient for restaurants and proximity to the arena. The rooms were very clean in fact the attention to detail by the cleaning staff did not go unnoticed. The atmosphere was conducive to maintaining a quiet environment after hours which was remarkable given early morning games. Would highly recommend booking your stay in Kingston here if you are looking for cleanliness, friendliness and value!

This is a fantastic hotel! We stay at it when heading out to visit with family. It’s always clean, the staff are fantastic and we always feel welcomed there.
Suki is always a joy to greet us at breakfast ( which BTW, is always delicious). The staff at the front desk are also fabulous, and make us feel at home when we arrive.

The hotel was clean and roomy. Breakfast was great.
Great new hotel with great staff.
More beef and chicken sausage options needed, maybe some gravy and bicuts would be great. Tinaties and salad options too.
Beds were not comfortable and pillows awful too soft. Comforter coud be fluffier.
