Disfruta en el corazón de Chicago
Pros:

Ubicación ideal para hacer todo el centro cómodamente andando y disfrutar de la ciudad.
La habitación con vistas en elevación alta es una buena experiencia. La habitación amplia y con buenas calidades.
Es un hotel muy grande , muchas habitaciones pero tiene amplitud y nuestra estancia fue muy tranquila.

Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers und die Ausstattung.
Auch die Lage ist Top.

Cons:

Sehr wenig Personal beim ein- und auschecken.
Dann wurde mir das falsche Zimmer mitgeteilt.
Bis ich am richtigen Zimmer war hat es eine Stunde gedauert.

As a Hilton Rewards member, my stay was disappointing.
Cons:

I had to ask for new pillows on both beds because the pillows were flat. One bed creaked every time I moved the first night. Management brought up new pillows and repaired the bed upon request. Upon departure, I told the front desk clerk that the shower tub was very slow and that water was above my ankles when I finished.

Parking was convenient, staff was friendly and efficient and the location was top notch
Pros:

I liked the location. It was nice and quiet.

Cons:

beds were uncomfortable. Our room was never cleaned (and NO, we did not put the hanger outside the door stating we did not want it cleaned)

La ubicaciön geográfica es muy buena. Baño aceptable. Colchones bien. Tv grande

Cons:

Hay mas ruido que adentro de una lavadora. Me alojé en el piso 15. Con una buena vista. Ahora, mucho micho mucho ruido. Las paredes parecen de papel. Y el transito. Las bocinas. Los
Bomberos y policias. Son muy molestos.
