Cons:

Staff is not friendly at all, do not check for bed preference, I made a comment upon check out that the toilet kept running and that I had to manually switch of the water every time we used the toilet. Not even an apology was extended. Just overall not a welcoming nor accommodating staff in the hotel.

Great location, not optimal the room. Rooms should be refurbished
Pros:

Great location, in the hearth of town. At ground floor well connected with the Weber Grill Restaurant, and beside the ARCADE planet where you can play with F1 simulators and take a drink surrounded by skyscrapers at the open roof bar.

Cons:

there was no breakfast, I had to pay extra breakfast at the nearby restaurant WEBER grill. Furthermore I've been charged for 1.92$ for the 100$ blocked in case of extra purchases (without buying anything) as charging fee.

The 'L' is just outside the hotel's door. Great location. Very clean and comfortable hotel.
