Not a Friendly or Welcoming Experience
Pros:

The location was fantastic!!! The hotel is centrally located and very close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation.

Cons:

The staff could be friendlier and more welcoming in general. I did not feel very welcomed at all.

I had to get a room change (the first night) due to constant noise above the room. A security person was sent up to my floor to investigate when I called the front desk (the first time). I let him hear the noise that I was hearing and he said he would go upstairs to see where the noise was coming from, and he never returned. I called the front desk again (about 20 minutes later) because I was still hearing the noise, which was interfering with my sleep. At that time, "Eduardo" answered and explained that the shift had just changed so I told him my situation and asked him to research it and call me back. He called me back, shortly thereafter, and stated that the noise was coming from the elevators, so he offered a room change. My cousin and I quickly packed up our things (at 11:30pm) without any assistance and I went to get a luggage cart for us to move.

Lastly, the restaurant (Webber) staff was not professional. My cousin and I went to have drinks and were not greeted by staff, so we left. The next morning we were going to try the buffet breakfast, waited to be seated (again) and were ignored, so we left.

Нет не понравился за такую цену как в пещере темный свет ничего не видно. Мебель под уставший кавер темный грязный кажется были 3 дня заплатили 1500$ того не стоить

El personal de recepción fue amable al recibir nuestro equipaje. El cuarto tenia buenas proporciones y estaba limpio

Outdated hotel that charges insane money for weak amenities and uncomfortable rooms

Location was easy to find, walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and offices.

Cons:

Very old. Bad amenities, not comfortable room. My room was large and dark. It has 2 connected rooms, so it was too unsecured and extremely uncomfortable.
