La colazione è un plus in quanto non tutte le strutture la offrono. Scelta discreta sia di dolce che di salato. Menzione d'onore per la macchina dei waffle e per la gentilezza dello staff della colazione.
Gli arredi della stanza (soprattutto il divano) sono un po' datati. Aggiungerei una sedia nella zona cucina

Nothing, everything was perfect!
The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the river walk, magnificent mile etc. Very central downtown Chicago. Plus there was a train station and bus stops on the doorstep so you could get anywhere in the city as the public transport is very good. The staff were on the whole very friendly and accommodating. We got a free upgrade to our room which was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. The waffles at breakfast were 10/10.
The rooms were quite outdated, however well maintained. The pool was quite small and shallow, plus the gym didn’t have lots of equipment but enough to get a basic workout in. Breakfast wasn’t the best. The best part was the waffles and they didn’t have them on the weekend :(
The front desk, breakfast crew (especially Ms. Lacey & Mr. Jeremy), and front door attendants were so friendly and kind and also helped my disabled husband.
We really enjoyed the hotel facility and location as well.

Breakfasts was good, not a lot of option but the taste was decent.
The family suite kinda small, old facility and the bathroom doesn’t have the sink, you have to step outside to wash hands which a little inconvenience to me
Breakfast was included and many attractions i wanted to experience were walking distance
The room i entered had a wet floor but no visible leak. This caused the room to have the smell of mildew making sleep less than enjoyable however, i was only in the room about 6 hours awake total the rest i spent exploring or sleeping
Location
The sheets smell, the walls had stains on it, and room had a musty odor.
Location was just perfect because is centrally located to many things. Breakfast was excellent and staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming.
The A/C vent it was to direct to the bed and made a little hard to control the blowing of the air during the night.
Valet was awful! Never there and no recognition when they finally showed up .
