Cons:

Purtroppo il divano letto era davvero scomodo per poter stare una settimana, sono stati gentili a darci un Topper, ma quel materasso è davvero osceno, sempre se materasso si può chiamare. Poi l’aria condizionata perdeva e l’ultima notte abbiamo avuto problemi a prendere sonno.

Cons:

We were given a room that was not cleaned, and it smelled like a train station mens bathroom when we got there. We asked for a change and were given a new room, that while not perfect was in a better state than the original one.

The access to the lobby is via the elevator, and the hotel shares this two elevators with the rest of the the floors, making it a time consuming affair.

Amazing location and great value room ideal for Chicago Marathon and a few days afterwards
Pros:

The staff at breakfast where exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. They also started breakfast at 5am on the day of the marathon, which I was doing, so above and beyond here.

Cons:

The room although clean and tidy was a bit dated. The shower was a bit limp - but nothing I had cause to complain about. Minor issue.
