Don't believe what you book
Pros:

On beach

Cons:

Manager was rude. Showed I had booked a larger room. Told me that was my problem when I was put in a smaller room. They have rooms that size made no apologies made it my fault I got the smaller room.

It was nice, clean, close to the dog beach, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

relation to dog friendly beach. Bed's were comfortable, the King and queen bed in one room, great for families. The rain showerhead, hot water and great water pressure.

Cons:

The wifi was non-existant, terrible. The kitchen had no dishes or silverware, just appliances and a pot. The elevator is so tiny, only 1 person and a wagon could fit in it at at time and there was only 1 elevator for the whole place.

Wasn’t informed that there was a 100 deposit put on top of what we paid. Didn’t know about it until we got there and it needs fixing.

We made the best of it
Pros:

breakfast was negligible. Although booked as a pet friendly hotel ,no access to patio, pool , or beach available. "pet walking area "was the street curb out front, A1A.

Pros:

Ocean front. Pool area was nice. Rooms were clean. Full sized refrigerator. Microwave. 2 eye cook plate.

Cons:

Exterior needs paint. Carpet looks horrible in the hallway and stairwells. Continental breakfast was in the lobby instead of the designated room due to boxes which left nowheretosit down. Bathroom door in 212 needs to be replaced. Tub was too small. Needs walkin shower.

Would like at least a partial refund my banking information has changed. This trip was not good at all

This is my second time staying. However, the last night was horrible. My family had to get up at 2am to come home and that didn’t not happen because the other guests was very loud singing happy birthday at 10 pm keeping our entire room awake. They was extremely loud and still slamming doors at 2am. My family couldn’t make the scheduled leave time because we got absolutely no sleep

I contacted the staff 3 times but nothing helped. This made our entire experience very unhappy and we more than likely will not be returning. That’s one issue.
Second and main issue. When I booked I booked a suite which was supposed to be beachfront and suites was over looking the pool, when I got there I was informed there is no suites and they don’t know why it states a suite. Therefore, the entire booking was wrong. I was charged for a suite and got a normal room facing the parking lot. My friends first time there and she was excited we would be facing the beach and definitely didn’t get to experience that.
