Pros:

Cons:

Way overpriced. Aside from being large, there was nothing particularly luxurious about the room to justify the price point.

Outstanding In All Aspects
Pros:

The hotel and the grounds are BEAUTIFUL! Beyond expectations. The food and drinks were outstanding. The employees are all very courteous and always happy to help with any need you might have. I recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Dallas.

Pros:

This hotel was exceptional across the board! Every single staff member was beyond helpful, friendly and kind. They all had great recommendations if we needed them and were very attentive. The spa was phenomenal and one of the best massages I’ve had. I will be back for sure!

From the ‘welcome’ where I felt the reception was doing me a favor ( there are no laundry services at the weekend !)
Pros:

Really nice spacious rooms. However could hear neighbors so isolating was poor

Cons:

It was more the staff that in general were unpleasant and undertrained

Great hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. We had two meals at their on site restaurants, and the service and food quality were wonderful. I'd highly recommend this hotel

Cons:

The unexpected $45 a night destination/resort fee. Usually booking includes all of the expenses in their prices.

The hotel is beautiful, but the service does not match
Pros:

The hotel is stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The foyer is lovely too. Unfortunately, I found the service very poor. The valet wasn't very attentive and service seemed like a favour, the reception team always seemed distracted and disinterested and no-one smiled or made us feel welcome. It felt like our being there was an imposition to the staff. My family always stay at hotels of the same caliber, so we are familiar with the level of service to be expected.

We celebrated our anniversary at Hotel Crescent Court and had an exceptional luxury experience. From arrival to departure, everything was seamless and truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to Joe (valet), Rick (porter), Cesar and Abigail (front desk), and Mr. G (room service) for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Each of them went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable.
