El tamaño de la habitación y la ubicación.
Todos los días hay fiesta en la piscina de la terraza. No hay ambiente familiar. Me cobraron 15 u$s una lata de Coca en una venden machine del lobby. Un día funcionaba un solo ascensor y durante dos noches cortaron el agua para reparaciones. Las fotos de Booking no reflejan la realidad del hotel. Es como trasladarse 50 años para atrás en el túnel del tiempo

I’m a Realtor who came in to tour the Statler Residences with a client Robert and the entire staff were phenomenal from start to finish. I’d recommend anyone stay here whether you’re moving in for good or just coming in town for the weekend
We had an amazing experience, and the valet team truly made our stay memorable. The level of service was unmatched, especially whenever Robert was on site. There was one occasion where he was not there, and while the service was still good, we had become so accustomed to the exceptional standard of care he provided that the difference was noticeable.
Josh and Dex were also incredible — always attentive, proactive, and on top of everything. There was another young man on the team who went above and beyond to accommodate us as well, though unfortunately his name escapes me at the moment.
Overall, the valet staff created such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that we genuinely looked forward to our interactions with them every day. They absolutely elevated our entire stay.

Because of the traffic I decided to valet at the Statler and Robert was efficient with his customer service made sure I was helped and even recommended the rooftop to lounge and it amazing and worth the look ! I was treated with respect and he is very professional. Make sure to ask for Robert when you arrive and Robert only !
