Had a great stay from the moment we pulled up to the moment we handed the keys back at valet. We mentioned at check in that we would be coming and going a few times that night for a concert and then dinner with friends, and the front desk made a note of it without any fuss. Kelvin at valet was the star of the trip, he had our car ready every single time and was so professional and friendly about it. We rolled in late and needed dry towels and they brought them up almost immediately, no attitude at all. We also asked where the pool was and the team came up with a very unique solution for us, which we appreciated. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the location is definately walkable to a lot of downtown spots. Great quick weekend trip away, we would book here again.

Valet Kelvin made coming/going easy all while being incredibly professional & friendly! We got in late and needed dry towels - they instantly brought it up without skipping a beat! Outstanding stay from start to finish. The valet team set the tone the moment we arrived, and Kelvin in particular was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to make everything easy. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay, and both times the staff was warm and attentive and the food was genuinely great. The whole team clearly cares about the guest experience. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in Dallas.

Kelvin did an excellent job for us this weekend. Very kind and prompt. We will be back.

Outstanding breakfast service from Jayleen at Marriott
We were a party 7 with two adults plus 5 very hungry teenage boys — for breakfast at the Marriott, and our server Jayleen was fantastic. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. She refilled drinks without us having to ask, checked in at just the right times.
She handled our large, hungry group with ease and a smile, even as the restaurant got busy, and kept everything running smoothly. She made our morning so much easier and more enjoyable.
Thank you, Jayleen — we’ll definitely look for you next time. Highly recommend sitting in her section if you can.

Stayed here on business and needed to charge my EV. Levon Moss was so patient and friendly in helping me get charged up again before hitting the road. The rest of the staff have also been exceptionally attentive

I spent a couple days with my husband here over the last week, and it was perfect!! The food from the restaurant was delicious every time we ate there, the chicken wings were incredibly cravable!! From management, to the wait staff, bartenders even Moss the valet driver, wonderful!

Kelvin, the valet parking attendant was outstanding!

The valet driver known as Kelvin was super nice and helpful, especially as a new mom. He made sure to open our doors and was very hospitable.

Fantastic experience. Spent two weeks at the hotel on a work trip, and the staff was friendly. Kelvin especially, in the valet, who remembered me by name and was incredibly personable.
