Overall all our stay was nice.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Hotel was quite which is always nice.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working. We were in town for a concert and there was alot of people so wait times for the elevator we're long.

I would not be returning.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. The front desk staff were friendly, respectful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which made check in a pleasant experience. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, the pool area looked clean, inviting, and well maintained.

Cons:

There were a few things I didn’t like about the property. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which meant waiting in long lines just to get to our room. Once you get to the guest floors, the hallways and ceilings feel very small and cramped. The beds were also smaller than expected, which made them less comfortable. Lastly, I wasn’t a fan of having to pay an additional fee for parking after already paying for the hotel stay.

The bed was uncomfortable. Seems like it passed the time for a replacement. I don’t like paying for parking at an establishment that you paid to stay. That upset me!

Noisy and full of bugs
Pros:

The property was fine except for the fact that when I left I had over 30 bug bites on my body. It’s clear there were bedbugs.
