Cons:

Beim Check-in versicherte uns die Rezeptionistin, dass es am Folgetag einen Shuttlebus nach Downtown gäbe. Die Rezeptionistin am besagten Tag verneinte dies. Es gäbe keinen Shuttle. Wir waren somit sehr enttäuscht darüber!

Positive experience.
Pros:

I had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool was very relaxing with full days of sun. The breakfast was as good as I’ve had at any hotel of this type. I would like to give a big thank you to Fernando who manages the breakfast restaurant. He was very helpful and greeted everyone with a positive attitude. He is a professional and deserves to get credit for the hard work he puts in at this Doubletree hotel. I will be coming back when I’m next in town.
