I loved it overall; the staff is excellent and very attentive, the beds were very clean, and the breakfast was fabulous :)
What I didn't like was the smell of dirty bathrooms in the reception area; in fact, they were very dirty, and the odor was very unpleasant upon entering.
I had a very nice stay. I will be back.
The key cards were a little confusing to use.
The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were able to check in early so that was super convenient for us! Plenty of parking!
The hotel was very old and outdated. The hook to hang a towel fell off because it was just hanging by loose screws. The room was tiny and I definitely felt like I overpaid. At best, the room would have been worth $80, not the $146 I paid.
I met a celebrity from a show I watched that was secretly staying here!

Houve um problema importante de comunicação entre o booking , o hotel e eu. Como estava previsto para eu chegar cedo na manhã de domingo, enviei uma mensagem via booking, pedindo a possibilidade de fazer check in mais cedo, uma vez que o horário informado pelo hotel seria apenas no período da tarde. Recebi como resposta que isso provavelmente nao seria possivel e que o ideal seria eu agendar uma diária a mais para garantir o check in mais cedo. Procedi dessa forma, mas, ao chegar no hotel, me foi informado que a reserva foi cancelada pelo fato deu nao ter addo entrada no hotel no dia anterior até às 23 hs. Aleguei que essa era a informação que eu havia recebido pelo site do booking, mas a recepcionista me informou que ela não estava a par disso e que o hotel não enviara essa mensagem, e que isso foi uma comunicação errada do booking para comigo. Esse cancelamento me causou um prejuízo de 1050 reais que não consegui reaver. O hotel providenciou uma nova reserva e eu tive que pagar por ela. Minha reclamação é em relação à péssima cominicação do booking nesse caso para comigo e que me causou um prejuízo que o hotel me informou que nao pode fazer nada a respeito. A pergunta que fica é: como posso recorrer dessa falha de comunicação?

Overall not a bad stay but a few things to note.
The pool area was definitely not as nice as the pictures, don’t be fooled!
There was no air con one morning in the gym even though it is well equipped!
Also there is a music venue opposite the hotel that plays loud live music into the early hours of the morning. If you like your sleep, don’t stay here.
What was really good was the staff. Everyone from reception staff to the breakfast team (Estefany & Carmelo!) and to the bar staff were really so nice and couldn’t do more for their customers. If it wasn’t for them I would have rated much lower.

The cost I was shown online for the reservation was $100 lower than what my card was charged. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Great lil hotel…breakfast with Estetany and Carmelo as your host and hostess is grand. Great service and warmth. They are the best part of the trip, always.
