I like how they had a free breakfast and all day brewed coffee available. There was a pool that kids seemed to enjoy. Room was comfortable and staff seemed friendly.

The staff was so amazing!! The room was a great size, the bed was comfortable, the location was perfect! The cookies were delicious!

Excellent location, clean, friendly, and this may be my favorite pool in DFW. A good deep end, shaded by the building and plenty of comfy seats.

This property seriously falls below the standard I expect from the DoubleTree brand.

For the same price, you can find much better options downtown.

The biggest problem is the terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking, coughing, and even flushing the toilet in the next room. There was a connecting door between the rooms, and it felt like there was almost no noise insulation at all. I was unable to sleep.

I went to the front desk to request a room change. The staff told us we could check out of both rooms the next day. I left some of my belongings in the original room and returned the next morning to collect them. While I was inside, housekeeping suddenly entered without knocking. Then the front desk staff spoke to us very rudely and demanded that we leave immediately, despite the fact that I had barely fallen asleep after 1 a.m. because of the noise.

The breakfast was also disappointing. The fruit was not fresh, the coffee was weak and flavorless, and there were very few food options.

Between the poor service, lack of privacy, terrible soundproofing, and low-quality breakfast, this hotel was not worth the money at all. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything! will be coming back. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially Estephany and Lindsey ! The breakfast, bar and dinner were absolutely wonderful. The location was a great choice for the activities we chose.

Booked online got a king with a walk-in shower. They said the room wasn’t available. Gave me a basic double bed with no refund also paid extra for breakfast that they did not give me any vouchers for breakfast. Marquis was supposed manager told me that this is actually a more expensive room and the king size bed sold out because they’re the cheapest rooms just a completely joke of a manager and obvious lie.

My 3 day stay was great. Front desk service was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the warm cookies when we entered the room!

I've been here for the last two days and the highlight of my stay is the breakfast. In particular the breakfast service. My wife enjoyed an omelet and I had eggs cooked too order by a very nice lady. Fernando took care of our table and he is great. I'd stay here again just because of the breakfast crew.
