Both ladies on the front desk were exceptional at their jobs. They kindly helped us organise our bus trip back to Pisa airport during the recent train strike.
Our room was lovely and very clean. The hotel is super close to the train station, we felt very safe walking around the area.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Perfect location near the train station, but not too noisy. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was larger than we anticipated, clean, comfortable, with modern amenities. There was a lift to get our luggage up. We also got complimentary drinks and some pasta! Very good breakfast but you have to pay for it.

The location and the staff were the highlight here. The bar was nice, but we didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall it was a really solid hotel choice for a short city break, it was very easy to walk everywhere, close to the train station and airport and the staff were super friendly.

Chambres un peu bruyantes sur la rue ( rue proche de la gare) ( sirènes, camions poubelles ) . Demander chambres côté cour. Isolations entre notre salle de bain et celle de la chambre d’à côté quasi inexistante mais avec la porte de la salle de bains fermée, cela ne gêne pas
Climatisation bruyante avec cliquetis important ( maintenance à prévoir) au moment du redémarrage de celle-ci
Wonderful stay! The service was exceptional, and everyone on the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, very clean, friendly staff, location was really great and easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and do and so many great food spots close by. Loved the late night bar area also.
