Loved it so much because the staff were outstanding

The downstairs was incredible the breakfast was wonderful the staff were A ++++ so lovely so professional

Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi, tren garında indik ve 3 dakika içerisinde otelin içerisindeydik.. Sonrasında bizi güleryüzlü ekip karşıladı.. odamızı uygunluk olmasından kaynaklı upgrade ettiklerini söylediler ve mutlu olduk.. su doldurabileceğimiz alanı gösterdiler ki bu yaz ayından büyük niyet.. aynı zamanda da 2 içecek ikram kağıdı da verdiler.. Açıkçası beklentimin çok üstündeydi. Bir daha Floransa’ya geldiğimde yine ilk ve tek tercihim olacaklar. Teşekkürler

Staff eccezionale e posizione perfetta!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al C-Hotels Club di Firenze. La posizione della struttura è eccezionale, a pochi passi dalla stazione e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni della città.
Siamo arrivati con largo anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in e, nonostante questo, lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e accogliente fin dal primo momento. Durante tutto il soggiorno ci siamo sentiti coccolati e seguiti con grande professionalità e gentilezza.
Il vero punto di forza dell'hotel è senza dubbio il personale: sempre sorridente, attento e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi occasione. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Nick, Valentina, Roshan e Oshini, che con la loro disponibilità, simpatia e attenzione hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.
Ci è dispiaciuto dover ripartire dopo una sola notte. Ci siamo trovati così bene che, non appena torneremo a Firenze, non avremo dubbi su dove soggiornare: torneremo sicuramente al C-Hotels Club. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

Location close to the tram to the airport. Still and sparkling water on tap and bottles to fill provided in reception. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Not much room in the bathroom. Bedroom was a bit tired looking.

Άριστη επιλογή ξενοδοχείου, με αξιόλογο το προσωπικό του.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν άριστο με ακόμα περισσότερο άριστο το προσωπικό του. Βρίσκεται πλησίον σιδηροδρομικού σταθμού ,τραμ, λεωφορείων χωρίς να επηρεάζει την ασφάλεια σας ιδιαίτερα τις βραδινές ώρες. Δίπλα του υπάρχει super market, και λίγα μέτρα μακριά του fast foods. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά του από 3 λεπτά (Piazza di Santa Maria Novella) εως 12 λεπτά η Γέφυρα Ponte Vecchio
Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό, με κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο, το πρωινό τέλειο, το πιο βασικό όμως ήταν οι υπηρεσίες από το προσωπικό του ,έκαναν τα πάντα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν και να έχουμε τέλεια διαμονή, γι αυτό έχουμε την υποχρέωση
να αναφέρουμε όσα ονόματα θυμόμαστε όπως Valeria (or Valedina),Oshini,Kety,Nickol,Giada και να ευχαριστήσουμε και το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό που δεν συγκρατήσαμε ονόματα.
Το c hotel το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα για καλή διαμονή στη Φλωρεντία.
