The location near the train station when we had our luggage was handy and it was a great room size. The people at reception were lovely and the breakfast was spot on!

Läget nära tågstationen är perfekt för den som kommer med tåg. Hotellet ligger nära sevärdheter, och det ligger hyfsat nära Santo Spirito också. Personalen var mycket trevlig, rummet var fräscht och välstädat, frukosten var bra. Lite ljud från gatan hördes, men inget som inte öronproppar fixar.
Madrassen var i hårdaste laget, men efter heldagar på stan sov vi gott ändå.
What a treat it was to stay here! We were greeted by the world's friendliest staff, who recommended things for us to see and do in Florence. We were then given a free upgrade so we could access a room, as we had arrived slightly early for check-in.
The room itself was very comfortable with a brilliant shower, just what we needed after a long train journey. The decor of the hotel is tasteful and premium.
We highly recommend going for your free welcome drink at the bar and hanging around to buy a cocktail after. The mixologist behind the bar went above and beyond for us, creating a cocktail that was tailored to our likes and dislikes. The hotel also had a water station, with a sparkling water tap too! 🫧 A revelation. 🫧
The location itself is perfect for anyone travelling via train or tram.
Breakfast was lovely. It's not overly large, but just what you need.
We also received a lovely check-out gift of a free bag of pasta, so keep some room in your bag when you visit.
Honestly, it's a struggle to think of something I didn't like. I would say maybe the rooms were slightly small, but that's to be expected for the centre of a historic city and the room sizes are clearly stated on the booking.
No one should ever stay here! A stranger, unassisted, entered our room in the middle of the night. A truly terrifying experience.
When I raised the situation with the staff member on duty their response was ‘that’s impossible’. They never took the situation seriously whatsoever. I have raised the issue since we left the hotel and the hotel frankly do not care, they haven’t got back to me. I have called them multiple times and they do not answer.
This hotel is not safe, and I strongly recommend no one stays here.
Very easy access for arrival by train, walking to all sights in the old city, and tram access to pickup rental car at airport.

A equipe extremamente solicita e simpática. Tivemos um contratempo na madrugada. Vazamento no banheiro acima do nosso, e imediatamente a equipe nos atendeu e nos trocou de quarto. Contratempos acontecem , a diferença está em como a equipe nos auxilia e resolve . E a resolução foi imediata. O café da manhã foi excelente assim como a proximidade do estacionamento, uma vez que não se entra no centro de carro devido a zona proibida.
