Bem localizado
Pros:

A equipe sempre pronta para te atender mesmo que role uma mistura de línguas. A localização também é fantástica.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha frigobar e, acredite, faz diferença no calor do verão europeu. Tem fontes de água pela cidade mas nenhuma supera o gelinho da água.

Pros:

Bizi meydanda bir apart tipi odaya aldılar otelin içindeki odayı beğenmediğimiz için.

Cons:

Aldıkları odada house keeping hizmeti yoktu. Kalıyı 1 gün uzatmak istedik, kabul ettiler. Fakat uzatma gününün ödenmesi için kapımıza dayandılar, gerçekten hakaret gibiydi. Kendi çalışanları arasında birtakım haberleşme problemi olduğunu belirterek özür dilediler sonrasında da. Kültür farkı diye yorumluyorum.

Hotel humil amb la millor ubicació de Florència
Pros:

La ubicació inmillorable, el personal molt amable i simpàtic, l’esmorzar húmil però funcional i suficient per començar bé el dia (si vols menjar bo bo, ja sortiràs de l’hotel i aniràs a llocs especialitzats, a part, no vas a Itàlia pels esmorzars; és la meva opinió), habitació petita però amb tot el necessari i comoda.

Cons:

Penso que no vaig passar calor per la temporada de l’any que vaig anar-hi, però potser a l’estiu hagués patit una mica, però tampoc ho sé segur eh, jo m’arriscaria perquè la resta val la pena. I lo de deixar la clau a recepció em sembla bé amb els hotels clàssics que tenen claus antigues, però haurien de donar una targeta pel client per a que hi hagi la persona que hi hagi a recepció, s’assegurin de donar-li la clau a la persona correcta. No va haver-hi caaaap problema eh, només ho dic com a crítica constructiva ☺️

Posizione stupenda a due passi dalla piazza del duomo, camera con vista cupola, buona colazione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

Driving into the old town to find the garage was a huge challenge for us, also due to market day and road constructions. The staff at the hotel was however extremely helpful and accommodating via phone.
The hotel's location was wonderful, all sights within walking distance.

La atención del personal, todos muy amables, diario hicieron la limpieza, dejan jabon de baño en barra, shampoo y gorritos para el cabello; nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes y despues de nuestro check in y check out. Las camas pequeñas pero cómodos. Cuenta con elevador. La ubicación excelente!. Ofrecen desayuno ligero con variadas opciones, muy bien!!!!
