Hotel De Lanzi

Odamızdaki saç kurutma makinesi kaç yıllık tahmin edilemez derecede eskiydi. Zaten çalışmıyordu hortumu kopuktu. Yerine bir tane talep ettik o da oldukça eskiydi.
Kahvaltı servisi olması güzel olsa da ne yazık ki çok yetersizdi.
Odalardaki yatakların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Aslında tüm otelin yenilenmesi gerekiyor.
İlk gün bina asansörü çalışmıyordu, görevliler bize yardımcı oldular.
Temizlik konusunda bir endişemiz olmasa da tesisin eskiliği yüzünden temiz olduğu da belli olmuyordu.

La mancanza dell'ascensore dal piano terreno (ma era in manutenzione ...)

L'accueil est au 2e étage de l'immeuble, or l'ascenseur est resté en panne durant l'intégralité du séjour. La moquette de l'escalier d'accès à l'accueil était sale et peu accueillante. Le petit déjeuner avait un choix limité de produits et le café comme le lait n'était formaté que par une machine, donnant un breuvage peu gouteux.

During our stay, the lift from the ground floor to the reception area wasn’t working, though the other lift from reception to the rooms was working.

The reception is up several steep flights of stairs, the lift was broken , with a commercially produced sign so obviously broken foe a while, the hotel should have pre warned us and then because if mobility problems we would have booked elsewhere. After a while they offered us an apartment, if we wanted an apaetment elsewherewe would have booked one, but we had no choice but to take it. We didnt use but bar area was very very small. Lift to rooftop bar also not working. On arrival we were told to book taxi to airport day before we left, we tried and were told via a very bad internal phone link to reception could only book 5 mins before we left the room. We know we were not the only ones effected. Hotel badly needed refurbisment and decoration.

elevator out of service (but hotel's fault). Watch for errors by google maps - walked unnecessarily a few more miles during my stay.in florence.

The elevator was out of service, too many steps to climb up to reception with suitcases, my family member has a bad knee so found it very difficult,
Room was a little tight for 3 adults
But location was great

Lift didn’t work

Хотелось бы улучшить завтраки, добавить что-то горячее (омлет, блинчики), йогурты. Даже за 4 дня завтракать бутербродами очень надоело. В ванной совсем нет крючков для полотенец, нет полотенцесушителя, это неудобно и полотенца не высыхают.

No hot water for the first 36 hours or so of our stay, allegedly due to city utility work. Plenty of cold water but apparently the city must pipe in the hot water. After the first 36 hours I asked the desk staff about the water situation and was told it wasn't their fault. The weather was damp and humid and we both really would have appreciated a warm shower, especially for the price of the room.

Our room was cramped and crowded with nonfunctional furniture, like a clothes cupboard that could not be opened because it was blocked by the bed. The small TV was on top of another cupboard designed to hold a mini fridge without a mini fridge inside. No place in the bathroom to hang a towel. No hooks, no towel bar only a heated rack with the capacity to hold one bath towel that was installed over/on top of the light switch. Incredibly poor design. The mattress on the bed was worn and not comfortable.

The breakfast had one coffee machine and every morning of our three day stay guests were lined up to get a cup of weak machine espresso. The elevator can hold two people or one person and one suitcase. One day we witnessed a young woman with a stroller trying to use the elevator and she struggled quite some time to get herself and the stroller in the elevator. We used the stairs throughout our stay.
