The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring Firenze. The room was good apart from the bed being too hard.

Excellent hotel near the train station. Clean quiet and dark rooms. Awesome breakfast. Close to many restaurants and attractions.
Did not have beds made up the way we requested. Shower handheld kept falling off. Sink stopper didn’t work. Flashing strobe light on the ceiling. 10 steps to the lift.
Spacious room, good breakfast in downtown Florence, all sights within walking distance. New modern windows limited the noise from streets
Room decoration was simple, just painted walls and ceiling. The building itself was historical, but the result of modern style rebuilding was extremily bare and simple. Room had a lot of space, but there was just a single chair available - two person accomondation means normally two chairs
Well situated, convenient and was right for the price .

Good location and breakfast. Big room.
The first day there was a water interruption for a few hours. On our last day, the cleaning staff knocked on our door to ask us at what time we we're going to leave. It felt like they were rushing us, even though, we had the sign of "do not disturb" hanging in the door and being 1 hour before official check-out .
It was central to all the shops and river. Our room was clean and very spacious. We had a mini fridge and safe and access to cold drinking water at all times. Also the AirCon was brilliant and much needed. Breakfast was great too. Lots of towels left for us. The lift up to the rooms was the reason we picked this property over any of the others we looked at.
It felt way too dark in the room, plus the walls were painted a disgusting brown colour which didn’t help - white would have been better. The shower head holder was broken so we had to hold the shower in our hand at all times. The room could do with a little upkeep - there were some holes in places that could have easily been filled.
