Cenral location - everything is close. You can part your car infront of the hotel and garage will pick it up, so no need to worry about parking (extra fee, but it's very cool).
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city and very close to the Medici chapel. You can easily go back during the day for a quick rest.
The hotel only provided two small bottles of water for free on the first day. It would be nice that more could be provided during the stay like many other hotels these days.
There is a nice terrace next to the breakfast room where you could see the dome. However, the terrace is only open during the breakfast time. It would be nice that the terrace be opened during the day so the guests can sit there admiring the view of the city.
Centrally located hotel near the train station and all the attractions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is a little small if it's wet snd you can't use the balcony area but this is just a very small draw back. When you can use the balcony at breakfast you get great views of the cathederal and the dome.
The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and you can leave your luggage before check-in and after checking out
The rooms are in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms — you have to keep in mind that you are mainly paying for the location. We had a room on the third floor facing the courtyard, and the window was at the same level as the roof of the neighboring building, which made the room quite dark.

A short walk from all the sites. Stunning views of Brunelleschi’s Dome. Sumptuous breakfast on the 6th floor overlooking the terracotta rooftops of Florence. Concierge staff was unusually helpful with directions, restaurant reservations, laundry service and advice. Delightful stay
