Fantastic location, staff and amenities. Would stay again next time in Florence.
Pros:

Staff at all points of the day were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect - an easy walk from the S.M.N. train station and steps to the Duomo. The AC was great, the rooms have a controllable thermostat which was needed during the June heat wave. The ice machine and snacks/drinks for purchase are nice additions. The breakfast options were plentiful, we had a small double room but comfortable with bedside charging ports. Would stay here again no question.

Fantastic and comfortable stay in the heart of Florence.

The hotel was in a great location to all tourist activities. It was very clean, had all the required ammenities and the staff were incredibly kind.

Hermosa estadía. Cumplió y superó expectativas
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica. Cerca del Duomo y Batisterio, como de la estación de tren. La gentileza y simpatía de todo su personal es excelente. El desayuno espectacular. Sus instalaciones, cama, baño, espacio general, es muy bueno y agradable.

Excellent emplacement. Très bon accueil et conseils pour restaurants. Possibilité d'un service de voiturier très efficace. Chambre agréable avec un mini frigo.

Everything was Really Really Great!
Best Hotel so far.
