Lovely Hotel with Great Service
Pros:

Close proximity to Frankfurt main rail station. Helpful friendly staff at the hotel.
Bed was very comfortable and the bar fridge actually cooled drinks! Nice tea/coffee making facilities with a Krupps pod coffee machine.

Cons:

The area is a little rough on the outside.

Very comfortable room and good service near to the main train station.
Pros:

The location is just a few blocks from the train station, so convenient for travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was attractive, quite comfortable with everything we needed, good bed, lighting and amenities. I think the room had been recently renovated.

Cons:

The hotel was great, but one should avoid certain areas near the hotel.

Cons:

Sehr laut früh morgens. Duschkabine ging nicht richtig zu. Fenster sollte man auf Grund der vielen Insekten nicht öffnen.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Die Lage unmittelbar in der Nähe vom HBf FFM ideal.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar super weil unmittelbar am HBf FFM gelegen…aber die Kehrseite der Medaille ist eben das Bahnhofsviertel direkt vor dem Hotel. Laut, dreckig und vor allem nachts kommt kein allzu großes Sicherheitsgefühl auf.
Hierfür kann allerdings das Hotel nichts…

Zimmer waren sauber und es war ruhig

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht: Ausstattung französisches Doppelbett.
Leider wurden in einem Zimmer 2 Einzelbetten zusammengestellt - die sich bei jedem Drehen im Bett - auseinander geschoben hatten. Sehr ärgerlich.
Was wirklich dreist war - man hat beim Check-In (obwohl die Zimmer bereits über booking.com bezahlt wurden - die Visakarte verlangt. Hatte ich nicht dabei - nur eine EC-Karte. Dann wollte man, dass man 400€ in Bar Kaution hinterlegt.
Hier frage ich mich - weshalb? Weder bei Booking - noch auf der Homepage ist dies vermerkt.

A localização é excelente, a limpeza e conforto são proporcionais ao custo e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

Achei que alguns kits, por exemplo o kit dental, poderiam ser disponibilzados sem necessidade de se pedir.

We booked the hotel to be close to the train station, as we have been travelling across Europe by rail. Very close to the station and good price.

Cons:

The area is REALLY rough, I would not choose to stay here if I was coming back to Frankfurt. Other than that, it's a reasonably priced hotel
