Pros:

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la terminal de trenes. Desayuno muy variado.

Cons:

La habitación tiene un desnivel de tres escalones entre el baño y donde está la cama. Eso dificulta el fácil acceso.

Zentral, freundliches Personal, aber kalte Dusche
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich (Honigwabe, Sekt, Lachs, viele Säfte usw).
Zentrale Lage, aber nicht besonders schöne Gegend.
Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Dusche war kalt. Wurde dann behoben, aber dann war das Wasser in einem anderen Zimmer kalt. Sollte bei einem Preis von über 100 Euro pro Nacht nicht sein.

Ok voor een keer maar niet weer!
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, Personeel vriendelijk,

Cons:

Rekening niet opgesteld op bedrijf, wel aan gegeven, Versleten meubels(Stoelen).
Parkeer gelegenheid niet aan gegeven, veel te drukke straat (misschien wel vergist)
Geen handig hotel en veel reuring op straat!

Pros:

Kamer was prima! Ruime badkamer en kamer. Hard bed en een minder kussen, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Cons:

Dit is iets waar het hotel zelf niets aan kan doen, maar het licht in een stuk van de stad waar ongelofelijk veel verslaafde dakloze rond hangen en slapen op straat. Voordat we de garage in konden moesten we eerst een aantal verslaafde vragen aan de kant te gaan, die bezig waren met gebruiken. In de avond waren de “normale” mensen helemaal verdwenen en toen we terug liepen naar het hotel was dit niet heel comfortabel en prettig om daar te moeten lopen. Nogmaals niet iets waar het hotel iets aan kan doen, de problematiek is dusdanig groot echt bizar. Maar zeker iets om rekening mee te houden! Verder wel een leuk en gezellig centrum met genoeg winkels en als je goed zoekt een leuke foodmarkt.

In dieser Hotelklasse mehr erwartet
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Personell unterbesetzt. Ich kam mit 45min Zugverspätung an, und durfte weitere 20min warten, da ein weiterer Kunde vor mir war.

Ich hatte ein franz. Doppelbett gebucht, aber im Zimmer hatte ich zwei wandernde Einzelbetten. Am nächsten früh wurde mir zugesichert, dass die beiden Betten wenigstens verbunden werden, damit man nicht mehr durch die Besucherritze fällt, aber am Abend war es doch nicht behoben.

Man bot mir ein Downgrade auf ein kleines y Zimmer an und als Ausgleich noch ein Frühstück.

Das Frühstückbuffet ist ok und entspricht dem üblichen Durchschnitt in dieser Hotelklasse, sprich breite Auswahl aber leider nur Billigwurst und Billigkäse. Das Lob in einzelnen Bewertungen hier kann ich bei besten Willen nicht nachvollziehen.

Dated rooms for good value, with great hospitality from staff. Local area feels slightly unsafe.
Pros:

The staff on reception were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room is fairly spacious with a generous sized bathroom. They included a kettle to make hot drinks and complimentary water which is always appreciated. I was also offered a discount on food from their restaurant or room service menu which I didn't get a chance to try it but that was a nice feature.

Cons:

You can tell the rooms have been adequately cleaned, but the overall wear and tear does bring it's overall impression down. The carpets are very worn and stained. There were huge brown stains on the curtains as well. The hotel is very close to the main railway station but the direct area around the hotel felt somewhat unsafe. I would caution any other solo travellers to consider this beforehand.
