The view on the last day of my stay after my room was changed from room 1132, which had no air conditioning, to room 840.

I am extremely disappointed with my current stay at your hotel.

I booked the Junior Family Suite with King Bed and Sofa Bed through Booking.com under confirmation number 6679427031, and paid approximately €1355.4 for two nights, expecting a high-quality experience worthy of the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower reputation, especially since this is my first visit to Paris.

Unfortunately, from the very first night, I faced several unacceptable issues:

1. The air conditioning is completely not working

2. The master bedroom window cannot be opened because the opening handle/mechanism is missing, and even your staff member was unable to open it

3. The sink drainage is faulty and water accumulates noticeably

4. The only solution provided was two extremely noisy fans with very weak airflow, which is not an acceptable solution for a suite at this price level

I arrived at the hotel exhausted after traveling from Amsterdam. At first, I assumed the air conditioning simply needed some time to cool the room, but later that night the room was still extremely hot.

I contacted guest services and waited around 15 minutes before a staff member arrived. He personally confirmed that the air conditioning was not functioning and informed me that he would notify the manager. After waiting even longer without any actual solution, I had to contact guest services again because nothing had been resolved.

Due to the unbearable heat, I was forced to open the living room window during the night just to breathe, which exposed me to loud street noise and people shouting outside throughout the night. I was unable to sleep at all.

What is even more frustrating is that the issue was clearly confirmed by your own staff, yet no proper solution has been provided until now.

In addition, the manager informed me that the compensation offered would only be €100.

No se hospeden en este hotel
Pros:

Solo destaca la cercanía a la Torre de Eiffel y atracciones.

Cons:

No hay agua caliente.
Espacio reducido en habitaciones premium con balcón, destacar que se solicitó asignación del piso 5 para arriba en la reserva con dos meses de anticipación y nos dieron piso 1.
Room service : solicitas hielo o cristalería y te cobran (eso no es servicio 5 estrellas)
Room service no contestan o toman pedidos a las 11pm
Sabemos que estamos en Francia pero su TV no habilita traducción o subtítulos , una vergüenza.
El servicio de bar y restaurante deja mucho que desear los chicos ponen ganas pero tienen cero conocimiento de servicios , pasaron mesas sucias por 30 minutos y nadie levantaba las mesas, además de demorar la vida en traer alimentos y bebidas.
La recepción, al llegar , bajamos con 4 maletas y nadie se acercó a consultar si necesitábamos ayuda , es más importante estar en el teléfono por lo que se vio.
