Le personnel est tres attentionné, le bâtiment est beau

Cons:

L'hotel est bruyant partout, dans le lobby, au petit déjeuner, dans les couloirs et dans les chambres. On entend chaque mouvement des voisins de chambres et on entend beaucoup la rue. C'est vraiment très pénible et ça teinte tout le séjour. En plus, les chambres ne sont pas a la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel, elles auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. L'hôtel est clairement plus fréquenté par des touristes, il n'est peut etre pas adapté pour un voyage d'affaire.

Pros:

The hotel facilities are outdated and in need of significant renovation. The rooms have an unpleasant smell, apparently coming from the old carpets, and the overall property feels very dated and not up to modern standards

Cons:

the staff genuinely tries to help and provide good service. I would especially like to commend Ethan at the reception desk, who was professional, attentive, and did his best to make our stay more comfortable

le personnel, la situation et les possibilités du Bâtiment, le service au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

je ne comprenais pas pourquoi il n'y avait pas de bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres, heureusement, après demande, on m'a expliqué la démarché écologique....il faut remplir une bouteille mise à disposition dans le couloir.
