Do not park at this hotel to take a shuttle to the airport. Way.com does not say that the shuttle does not go to Terminal E and the front desk staff is very rude and unsympathetic. 6 pieces of luggage and we have to take a train from terminal C!!! Please do not park at this hotel in future if you are traveling from terminal E

Great staff and location
When I checked in they had no water and I wasn't notified and 5 hrs later the water was turned back on but no hot water and next they the water pressure were horrible they changed us to a diferent room but when we got there the room were completely unclean and I went downstairs and the manager wasn't helpful but the regular check in person. Was very polite and she brought us to the first floor to take a shower and there was still no hot water it wasn't a great experience at all ..and also the pool is unsafe open to the public I was able to witness a neighbors coming from the back jumping in the pool on their underwear not bathing suites also some of them bath in their clothes..
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The facility just wasn’t up to par. Also, the morning during check out, there was no hot water for at least 3 hours. I couldn’t shower, because the water was freezing! I had to end up taking a wash up, which really isn’t sufficient in this Texas heat. I really think I should get money back or a free night stay at any Holiday Inn for this huge inconvenience.
Proximity to the airport, clean room
Wifi did not work in the room so I had to sit in the lobby to use my computer.
Very close to the airport, and the shuttle service is such a convenience to go back and forth. Easy check-in and check out and room service kept the room clean daily. Overall customer service was good and staff were helpful.
Facilities could be updated a bit. There wasn't any bottled water in the room. The shower gel was never topped up, and the soap dispenser near the sink fell off the wall while there. Room should have drinking water available.
Horrible. Stained carpet everywhere. Radioactive green-colored water in the unusable pool. No water one night. No restaurant staff one day and told by some other emps they hadn’t been paid in a month. Our company ultimately pulled all of us after mold was found in several rooms. No driver on another day for hotel shuttle so we Ubered instead from IAH.
Hate to say it but typical kind of owners in this business known for paying themselves before they pay vendors and staff.
Can’t believe IHG lets them continue with their flag.
Only redeeming quality is the staff that puts up with it.
