Affordable and comfortable stay
Pros:

Very close to the airport, and the shuttle service is such a convenience to go back and forth. Easy check-in and check out and room service kept the room clean daily. Overall customer service was good and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Facilities could be updated a bit. There wasn't any bottled water in the room. The shower gel was never topped up, and the soap dispenser near the sink fell off the wall while there. Room should have drinking water available.

Nightmare on JFK Blvd.
Pros:

Horrible. Stained carpet everywhere. Radioactive green-colored water in the unusable pool. No water one night. No restaurant staff one day and told by some other emps they hadn’t been paid in a month. Our company ultimately pulled all of us after mold was found in several rooms. No driver on another day for hotel shuttle so we Ubered instead from IAH.
Hate to say it but typical kind of owners in this business known for paying themselves before they pay vendors and staff.
Can’t believe IHG lets them continue with their flag.
Only redeeming quality is the staff that puts up with it.

The fact that there was no shuttle service available when I needed to leave was extremely disappointing.
Pros:

I liked the proximity to the airport and the onsite restaurant.

Cons:

I specifically looked for a hotel with 24 hour airport shuttle service because we had an early flight. After I booked, I got a message from the hotel stating that their shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. The morning before my check in, I called the hotel and received an automated message stating the same thing. When I checked in, I told the front desk guy that I needed to leave at 3am that night and asked again if the shuttle would be available. He said yes and to come down 5-10 minutes before the hour. We got downstairs at 2:45am and were told that there was no driver and that the shuttle was not going to be running that night. I was so stressed out because I was traveling alone with 3 kids and had to scramble to get to the airport in the middle of the night with no help from the hotel at all. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for an Uber and had to pay $25. So disappointed by this experience when I did everything I could to find a hotel with 24 hour shuttle service.

Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

The breakfast time in the app said until 10:30, however. Breakfast is only served until 10, the personnel on the front deck were not friendly.
The shuttle bus didn't arrive, we called them and they said in 20 minutes it would arrive however that never happened, we took a taxi instead.

Time to say “Goodbye”
Pros:

Have used the Airport Parking from the Holiday Inn Houston-Intercontinental Arpt, on 15222 JFK Boulevard Houston for the IAH Airport a number of times, and quite frankly it is a complete hit or miss. The past two times was a miss, and this last time was horrible. Waited at C Terminal for 50 minutes, called 4 times, and each time they told me they are coming, just a few minutes, sorry about that, just running a bit late. Just not worth the few bucks you save, not to mention they only pickup/drop-off at Terminal A and C. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration, and find another place to park that knows how to treat their customers.

Cons:

You advertised it with a bar, however the bar was closed. We purposely chose this hotel so we could relax in the bar with an evening meal.
