Mejor hotel de nuestra experiencia
Pros:

Sin ninguna duda el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos de toda nuestra estancia en China. La habitación superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Una habitación grande, luminosa, espaciosa, muy, muy limpia y muy, muy cómoda.
Contaban con servicio de lavandería y, como al día siguiente viajábamos pronto, nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar. Fue una verdadera pena que descubriéramos esta cadena de hoteles cuando ya teníamos todo reservado, porque después de la experiencia nos hubiera encantado alojarnos siempre con ellos.

Comunicarnos fue algo difícil porque el personal no hablaba inglés

Prima hotel op een goede locatie.
Pros:

Zeer comfortabele bedden, fijne douche. Alles erg schoon. Behulpzaam personeel, al was het duidelijk dat er niet veel buitenlandse toeristen komen.
Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, maar erg Chinees 😉

My first time stayed in Atour Hotel and it will not be the last time.
Pros:

It’s very clean and location is close to everything. I want to give the special thanks to the staff there. My sister needed the wheelchair and the hotel provided it right away. Everyone works there is very nice and eager to help.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerplanmäßig bin ich schon einen Tag eher abgereist und bekam die Kosten für die letzte Nacht erstattet, obwohl ich gar nicht danach verlangt hatte. Das Frühstück war im Hinblick auf die chinesischen Speisen sehr gut. Durchaus bequem waren die Betten.

Cons:

Dass die Auswahl an westlichen Speisen beim Frühstück gering sein würde, habe ich vorher so erwartet. Der Kaffee allerdings schmeckte nicht gut.

Great breakfast! A 25 minute walk from the Confucius museum

Cons:

Staff does not speak one word English.
It was impossible to reach them before i arrived, not by phone, nor by email, nor via the booking app. They never replied to anything

Very kind and helpful staff went above and beyond helped me get a ticket for Confucius temple and even drove me there 5 mins but a fair walk! So kind

Cons:

Maybe a little fridge and coffee sachets etc I thought toiletries but no moisturiser, I could have packed if known
