Pros:

A equipe é muito gentil

Cons:

O horário do café poderia ser como na maioria dos hotéis até 10h, pois atualmente é até 9 inclusive fim de semana. Também falta ducha higiênica nos banheiros.

Funcionários incríveis e acessíveis e acolhedores bem o típicos das pessoas de Minas (receptiveis, adoro aquela gente!
Sempre fico no G Matos quando visito BH, me sinto bem! Camas confortáveis e café da manhã de qualidade e delícia.
Possui boa localizacao, é excelente no coração de BH próximo ao top mercado central.(Já estou com saudade)

O hotel ficava em uma boa localização da cidade e de fácil acesso,, com um bom custo benefício.

Cons:

O banheiro e achei bastante pequeno, mas não era ruim.. uma dica é colocar dos shampoo e sabonete na parte esquerda do chuveiro, assim daria mais espaço no box e preciso de um suporte para colocar toalhas,
