Poor Value, Hostile Service, Stay Elsewhere
Pros:

I'm not one often give bad reviews, but my honest opinion of this property is that you should not waste your money on it. Very poor value (marginally cheaper than Conrad DTLA on the days I visited).

The hotel was marginally cheaper than the Conrad DTLA during the nights when I stayed. On paper, this price seemed to be justified by the location. But with all major attractions 15-20 minutes walk away, this is a false economy.

On top of the poor value, what made it truly unacceptable was the frankly hostile service. I have been Hilton Diamond for over five years, and Gold for two years before that. My status was not from credit cards but actual stays and nights, so believe me when I say I have a wide range of experience with what Hilton service should be like from their budget (e.g., Garden Inn, Tru) to their most premium brands (e.g., WA, LXR) in America, the UK, Continental Europe, Asia, and Africa. I know American customer service can be rough around the edges, but this was far worse than that.

Sylvia checked me in and out. There was no greetings of any kind, even after I said good morning to her. I checked in with my girlfriend, and it was obvious to anyone who can count that the both of us were staying, so two people's F&B credits should be credited. Evidently, Sylvia refused to exercise such ability. When I pointed that out to her after check out, she said, "I can't help you now that you've checked out (i.e., before you received your bill and realised that I couldn't be bothered to count how many people were staying)". I pointed to her that she should've noticed that there were two people staying, but she responded by saying "you said in your App that one person is staying", before handed me a card of her manager and told me to email him/her. She then abruptly ended the conversation and turned away.

The rest of the hotel didn't redeem this outright hostile service I experienced. Room was dated, the air con was as loud as a plane, and the housekeeping was minimal. Although the staff in the evening were friendly and polite when I purchased something from their snack shop.

In conclusion, my earnest recommendation would be to stay elsewhere in LA: you'll be happier, richer, or both.

A very bad experience!
Pros:

We checked in to hotel on Friday, 7. 17.26. I have a handicap placard from my home state that I bring with me when me and my girlfriend travel around the country. When we got to the hotel and parked in one of the (ADA) handicap assessable parking stalls.
A valet immediately came up to me and was not very friendly. I explained to him that we have a handicap placard and I am a 100 percent disabled veteran. Along with being an advocate for multiple veterans and people with disabilities. Obviously, he did not seem friendly and was rude. So, I opted to not get into an argument with him and address my concerns with the hotel manager. His name was Riley.
I explained the situation with the valet attendant and showed the manager my 100 percent, Department of Defense, (VA) identification card. On Friday evening we went out to dinner. When we arrived back to the hotel at approximately 9:30 PM. All of the handicap assessable (ADA) parking stalls were full. Not one of them had a handicap placard. I took pictures.
We had other cars behind us and the valet was not readily available or in front of the valet stand. So we decided to pull forward, as we had two other cars behind us, and they were trying to enter the Hilton Garden Parking lot. We pulled toward the back. And a valet attendant asked if we were staying at the hotel. We said we were, as our receipt for parking was on the dash. Along with a handicap placard which was affixed to rear view mirror,
I informed the valet attendant that there were no handicap spots available. And, he indicated; “we park any valet vehicle in those handicap spots.” Even vehicles that don’t have handicap placards. He stated he would take our vehicle and we could leave it where we left it and he would park it. He did not attempt to take it to one of the front (ADA) parking stalls. He parked it in the rear area of property.
Me and my girlfriend our both Hilton Honors members. We have stayed at other Hilton properties and have never ever incurred any type of disregard or disrespect for federal, state, and local (ADA) laws. Along with the disrespect and contempt we received with (ADA) parking. On a different note, the elevator was extremely slow. At one time it took nearly 12 minutes to finally get it to our floor. Our room had a musty odor. The A/C seemed to not be working effectively.
If a hotel's valet service blocks or abuses designated handicap spots, they can be cited under California Vehicle Code 22507.8 CVC, which makes it illegal to block or bar access to a disabled parking space.
On-Site Lots: If the hotel operates a parking garage or lot on its premises, it must maintain a specific number of accessible, blue-striped spaces. By law, these spaces cannot be blocked or restricted solely for valet.
Hotels in Los Angeles/Hollywood cannot use designated Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA) handicap parking spots exclusively for their valet service. These specific spaces must always remain available for disabled guests to self-park or be parked by valet attendants.
It is relatively obvious, that this particular Hilton Garden hotel, is not up to, or even close to Hilton standards.

Excelente ubicación ☺️
Pros:

Overrall, my one night stay was pleasant.
Pros:

It was walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl and a shopping center. There was a restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel which was convenient. The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud while sleeping.
