péssima experiência
Pros:

Atendimento da pessoa que estava no balcão foi bom.

Cons:

Não nos hospedamos pois as acomodações estavam péssimas. Primeiro nos colocaram em um quarto cujo banheiro era adaptado para acessibilidade e ao invés de box, tinha cortina de banho.
Fomos pedir para mudar de quarto e o segundo quarto estava saindo água de debaixo do piso. Foi horrível.
No fim mudamos de hotel e estamos aguardando o reembolso.

We will be staying there from now on when we visit Hollywood and Universal.
Pros:

The location was perfect it was so close to everything that we wanted to see. The staff was amazing everything was good.

Cons:

I wish they had a free breakfast for people like us that don't eat a lot in the morning. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low but everything else was perfect.

Overall an enjoyable stay, me and my partner loved the bed and bathroom and the staff was inviting!
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and had nice lighting and amenities for the price offered. The staff at both the front desk and valet were very welcoming and helpful and made our stay a lot better.

Cons:

The valet parking was a little bit expensive which was not the most ideal especially for a multiple night stay. Additionally, the location itself was a little bit hard to access from a left turn due to heavy oncoming traffic.
